OK, Latest update.

Apparently Amy's working graveyard shift at the moment, so back to dealing with Ali. Spoke to Ali today and essentially yes, they have still set aside the two 8 bed dorms for us, what she's going to do is since it's a small group (her example of big was in the 100's), she wants us to finalise our dates 2 weeks out from checkin, and pay the whole amount on checkin (in one hit). They can make limited changes after 2 weeks, but they REALLY don't like making changes. This said however, and extra day or an extra person I don't think they'd be too worried about since its extra money for them, it's just taking days/people off that could be a problem.

But yeah, if people can aim to fix their dates by the 10th Oct (end of week week), and have full payment to me by the 16th we should be set.

Allun, Nox, Ryans-cupcake, Selphiorth & TheDiscarded, I still require a deposit or full payment from you guys. At this rate if I haven't seen anything from you guys in the lead up to finalising things I'll have to cross you off the list. I will also try to PM all aswell if you're not watching the thread..

Past that if none of you have replied in the next few days, does anyone else have contact details to chase them up?

Selphiroth's main issue is that she doesn't have internet at her home so can only access it during work. I did inform her to check this topic and pay, but I suppose she hasn't had the time to at work. So I figure I'll flick her a txt with the details and hope we'll get somewhere with that.

As for Ryan and his group, each time I tell him about the payment he says he'll do it.

IcyRose: k, sweet, I PM'd everyone that hasn't paid yet, so as long as they check their email they should get the notification there's a message. Also nothing from TheDiscarded yet, hasn't read my PM to him from the 28-Sept yet either.

Ryan: ok, but yeah, it would be really nice if you could actually deposit it, the last time you said that was two Fridays back. If you can confirm once you've done it I'll recheck the account. Thx.

PS: I'm not actually in a bad mood even tho the post kinda reads that way, i've only just woken up, so still only half awake.

Great, so that just leaves seraphik, Zatanna, wissy and the private room people to pay the remainder of their costs, and TheDiscarded to pay the full amount.

I think I'll also send a PM to the TheDiscarded as well, to remind him about payment.

BTW, the first post has already been updated with the new list.

Yeah, that about sums it up. I talked to Nikora the other day and she's going to get back to me on whether her and maybe a friend want to jump in on it aswell, have already given them the cutoff dates.

TheDiscarded I've PM'd twice now. Once on the 28-Sep, once on the 3-Oct, neither one looks to have been read yet, he also hasn't logged into the forums since 22-Sep. So if anyone else has contact details we might have to try those.

IcyRose: Have split seraphiks listing into two entries to allow the gap in the middle, will upload the updated sheets later on.

Everyone else: Tomorrow is the cut off for any quick changes. After that the ACB is likely to be 'difficult'. Changes are still possible for the next week, but you'd better have a good excuse. Also if you still owe money, start getting it to me ASAP. The banks can take up to 2 days to transfer, and you have 2 days of weekends between now and then, so you have about 4 working days left after that to sort your money out (by 16th Oct).
