Looking at the complete list, from my understanding then our numbers staying each day would look like this:

Thursday: 1 (Aura is all alone)
Friday: 6 (Since Will is in a private room)
Saturday: 10
Sunday: 10
Monday: 7
Tuesday: 1 (Wissy is all alone)

So in theory we'd have one 8 person dorm and one 4 person dorm for just Saturday and Sunday and the other days we can just deal with an 8 person dorm. Except for Thursday and Tuesday as only one person is there at the time.

Another note, on my first post I have Seraphik checking in on Thursday, however your list has her checking in on Friday instead, just wondering if she cut off her first day since she wanted to save money and all.

Yeah, she cut Thurs night to save money. May possibly also be cutting one day during the weekend aswell, was talking to her yesterday about it.

Also apparently Aura hasn't booked her tickets yet, so may not be a Thurs checkin, I'll need to PM her (or if she replies here) and then confirm dates with her.

OK, ATTENTION ALL, most people haven't replied to the request to confirm your days, so unless you're confirmed I can't include you in the count to confirm our room numbers.

Will - they've come back and confirmed we can get the discount on the private rooms if they're booked as part of the group booking.

I'm also trying to re-confirm the pricing with them since the original price they gave me was $26/head/night with a 10% discount (brings it down to $23.40/night), however the website also shows the 8 bed dorms at a cheaper rate, so trying to see if she'll bring the price down at all since we're gonna try to be full rooms.

I have confirmed Selphiroth's check-in and check-out dates, I can also confirm that my check-in and check-out dates are also final.

OK, just heard back. yeah, the website has a special price with limited numbers. it rings a bell from when I was speaking to Amy a couple of months (?) back. The $23.40 is the discounted group rate for booking and lets us stay together in our own dorm provided we can full or get pretty close to filling it.

IcyRose - thanks for that. I'll make some amendments to my spreadsheet tonight and start getting confirmed people noted down so we can tally it. Anne-Marie (reception manager at ACB) has provisionally booked us two 8 bed dorms and will wait to hear back from me to do the actual booking.

If you've got no objections I'll also start another thread to try and keep things tidy, similar to what we did for SCP, one to announce, one to discuss/plan.

OK, Just gave Anne-Marie a ring now.
Normal rate for the double room (no ensuite) is $70/night. That's room rate, not per person. So with two of you it's $35/night. Adding the discount for booking as part of the group it brings it down to about $32/night each.

(Reminder: there will be a deposit - ~20% required once we actually place the booking, with the remainder payable 1 week out from checkin when we confirm exact numbers with ACB).

Also we've got a tentative deadline of the 12th to place the booking. From speaking to Amy & Anne-Marie it sounds like they will work with us to juggle things a bit, but the earlier we can confirm things the better.

At this stage it looks like Fri, Sat and Sun night but could be Mon too. I just have to talk to my dance coach and see if I can change things around.
