Can I be a real pain in the ass and change my mind again puh-lease?

Is it too late to change my booking back to 4 nights, so staying the Monday night too?

I'm figuring we should be able to do something for that, but at the moment we have 3 people checking out on Monday, and 3 more checking in on Monday (Allun, Nox & Ryans-Cupcake), so it keeps it as a full dorm, so the first dorm is full already on Monday, but yeah if we get enough people for a second dorm it shouldn't be a problem, but I'll update the details when i get home tonight anyway.

Also Hadley & Willuknight deposit confirmed paid.

OK. Latest update with the payment.
Also heard back from Ali at ACB, sounds like she's put it in her too hard basket and is going to wait for Amy to get back from leave (24th), but either way they've still got the provisionally reserved beds in the system from Anne-Marie before she went on leave aswell.. (quite ironic all the staff start with A isn't it.?).

Either way, Amy was the first person I dealt with and is the actual room manager, so is probably the best person to deal with anyway

OK, IcyRose has had a PM from TheDiscarded confirming his dates, so I guess we can that as confirmed aswell.

Zatanna - given we're back to dealing with Amy from ACB and the indications from Ali that they do it per bed anyway, if you want Monday night aswell I'll put it in, then just let them sort it out once we tell them what we need. Given the number of beds they have I can't think they'll have a problem if we end up with a bed or two empty.

Wissy - same thing, except there's a chance you may end up being put in the general dorms on the last night. I'll talk to you this weekend about it anyway, and hopefully once Amy gets back from leave I can get it all sorted.

Yeah, more than welcome to pay it in one hit. :)

Plus so no-one gets confused - I need completed payment at least 1 week before check-in when the booking is fully fixed (no more changes).

OK, looks like Wissy has put through deposit.

To all the people that haven't yet, can you please do something soon. You've only got 3 weeks to sort your stuff out. 3 weeks to the day is the 16th Oct, which is the cut off on changes to bookings. Hence I need full payment by then, not forgetting I requested people put their deposits in over a week ago. Thank you to those that have, hurry up to those that haven't.

Zatanna, don't worry about it too much for the moment, you've already paid something towards the deposit so that's fine. Just pay the full remainder at least a week before we check in and it's all good.

Also I want to reiterate that ALL of the important information regarding booking, paying and deadlines are on THE FIRST POST of this thread which I am constantly updating when we get new information. So if you haven't been reading that post each time you visit this thread. DO IT NOW!

Also remember just because you say you want to stay with us, doesn't mean you can just show up on the day and join us, you'll need to confirm final dates and make payment asap. Again, all information about payment is on the first post.

also just transferred my own payment to the other account aswell, wasn't really setting a great example since I hadn't done it for myself yet. lol.

No sign of any new transfers, some banks can take 2 days though.

Have also just re-emailed Amy at ACB since I hadn't heard back after Ali was going to supposedly pass it back to her when she returned from leave. Will update again as things progress.

Also just to make things easier, would anyone mind giving me a contact cellphone number for them? Probably best to PM them and I'll keep them off the forums. Either that or just send me a txt on 021 70 33 57 with your name and I'll add you to my phone should I need to contact you (or get in touch while we're in Auckland).

Yeah, if you're kiwibank they're somewhat renound for taking their time (at least in my experience). Will check again tomorrow.

Also you have the most non T9 predictive name I've come across in a while, assuming the name you put down in the DGM thread was right. Razz

just entered you into my phone and had to do it 2 or 3 characters predictive at a time, lol. Razz

And I'm quite sorry that banks hate me. It happens a lot. Even my credit card payments take, like, a billion years to go through.
(That was an exaggeration...they just take several days)
