FF + Magna Carta Photoshoot [DO 2010] [closed]

okay. what time suits everyone? i think sylvie preferred fri, but some of you are still schoollings and have class that day.

OKAY the only way around the clash is to do both of the shoots on sunday. everyone is free, and sylvie is lending her hotel room as a changing room for those people that have costumes for both the ff shoot and the DO shoot. (near albert park). this will work. (: HOWEVER i would like to get a head/character count of people who will be at the shoots, just for reference.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: quote from White Studios got. However, it is more
expensive than I worked out before - the website prices are GST
exclusive, and there are a couple of charges that aren't stated but we
probably don't want to forgo: namely, aircon/heating ($30) and insurance
($20.48 - I am so not letting this go!!). The total comes to $568.70
for everything, including GST.

For a ten hour day, allowing half
an hour each for set up, pack out, and lunch, we can do 51
shoots. $568.70 divided by 51 shoots is $11.15.
This is what you will pay per ten minute shoot -
photographer-wise we have me, Midsummer_Snow, Seraphik and Tammy - and
oodles of little cameras doing candids!

EVERYONE (and I mean
everyone) needs to pay me in advance. As far as I know, we don't have to
pay until the day, but I would like to pay ahead of time if possible.
And if you don't pay, I will give your shoot to someone else. This is an
expensive project, and payment in advance is not something I am
prepared to negotiate on. We also need to fill all 51 shoots for this
price to be accurate. We have four empty slots - so, fill 'em up quick!

If you can't/don't want to do an
electronic deposit and you're not in Wellington, then please have
someone do it for you. Don't post cash, and no, you cannot just pay on
the day.

LATER THAN July 11th! I would also like to stress the
importance of being ON TIME. If you can, come early. If I can keep a
little ahead of schedule, it mean mean no delays when I have to clear my
memory card/adjust the lights/do the group shoots that aren't scheduled
but will happen anyway.

ALSO - if you miss your shoot, you don't
get your money back unless there is a very, very good reason you miss
it. I'm talking death of a spouse or act of God here. If you need to
cancel a couple of days in advance, that's fine (well, not fine, but
acceptable), but if you're a no-show on the day, tough. SET YOUR ALARM
CLOCKS PEOPLE. I will be there at 9 sharp to set up, first shoot is
9.30, so aim to be there at least ten minutes before your time slot.
There are changing rooms and mirrors/makeup areas onsite, but don't push
your luck for prep time!

I'm voting for two shoots - one on friday, one on sunday. Come to both if you want, otherwise whichever one suits. I'm free both days (flights pending - I hope I can get there early friday!) and would like to shoot both days; with the clashes on suday I don't think we'll have time for a decent shoot. But then, I'm slow, so hey. :3

There was talk of a mass crossover FF shoot, but I think everyone other than me and Kylie have forgotten... I can't remember who else was interested either, orz. Idk if it's worth just writing off or not.
