Alena - done. But, are they going to be okay to do one shoot as a group instead of three separate ones? I'm going to wait until everyone in the original group has had a chance to book more, but I will put them down for one :) (edit: I am a durrbrain, that's totally what you told me to do. Sorry for not reading!!)

I'll group the ff and mc shoots together so everyone's in costume at the same time - there should be time enough without a dedicated slot to get group ones :) Like I said, the shoots don't *actually* take ten min, and we may very well run ahead of schedule! In which case, either I will sort out techy things, or we can fill the gaps with more photos :)

Edit: I'll put the spreadsheet up on googledocs so everyone can see what the planning is. Edit: googledocs ate my formatting completely. New plan later!

I will adjust the start/finish times once we know what the studio's hours are.

Edit: Studio is available that day, and a full day is ten hours. We have time for more shoots!

I will ABSOLUTELY give a crash course on studio lighting! It's a good thing to learn, and lighting a white background can be tricky :) I can even bring examples of what different mistakes look like C: I love teaching stuff! <3

Wow this sounds like renting a studio will be super cheap! *excited* Count me in! Because Tidus requires binding & fake tan, it'll probably be the only cosplay I'll bring~ (unless I drag my Fruits Basket group from DO into this)

If we do one slot we can do group shots and a few individuals per person. Like Static said, we should have enough time.

And Static, if there is enough time left at the end of the day, would it be ok if you took some plain clothes photos for me? I'm changing agents and I need to update my portfolio, I figured this opportunity would be perfect!

Alex: there is a list, but I'm just doing it by person, not by character - I don't really care what you wear, just how many slots you have booked Razz

We can sort that out later, when we do the shoot order. For now I'm just putting people's names in to fill up the space!
