the only reason i haven't paid yet is because i'm unsure if i can get my persona cosplay finished in time-- if i pay you for four shots now and it turns out a couple of weeks closer to the time that i can't do it, can i get a refund? or should i just get three shots and fit in somewhere else later if possible? idek

A refund is fine :) Try and give me as much notice as you can, but yeah, no problem.

Edit: ACTUALLY. If you have an inkling you may need to pull out, tell me now. If I know in advance you're a question mark, I will be happy to do you a refund - if you don't give me warning, then no. Sorry, but you won't be getting your money back. All refunds will be coming out of my own pocket, and I am not rich.

PERTINENT INFORMATION AND REMINDER BUMP:

This is the link to the spreadsheet. PLEASE check it - I have removed the initial planning column, it now just has the final order, and who has paid and when. Please look it over and make sure your details are correct, and you KNOW WHAT TIME YOUR SHOOT IS. If there are ANY mistakes - you have too many/too few shoots, you've paid and I haven't updated the list, etc. - you need to let me know now please so I can fix it!

I will not be taking people's numbers to harass them if they are late - as I mentioend earlier, if you miss your shoot, that's it. No refunds, and no replacement shoot is guaranteed. I will try and fit you in somewhere else, but if we run out of time, we run out of time, and you miss out. If you don't have my number and want it, PM me.

It is up to you to get to the studio. I will not have time to give people directions - I don't even know where it is, lol. I'm cabbing it there and hoping for the best! Please make sure you are there on time to get ready, set and go-ified. I do anticipate there being a few minutes of mucking-around time in between sets but how long that actually is will vary.

If anyone (particularly younger cosplayers) want to bring a parent or friend along, that's fine. Please don't bring the whole family, as space will be limited, but if your mum wants to know what's going on she is more than welcome :) I would bring mine if she was in Auckland. Trufax.

@Rolly: btw it'll abt a 30 - 45min walk from Symonds St bus stop much better to get on one of the buses to Dominion Rd or Mt. Eden and walk from the first stop on Mt. Eden Road

Burleigh St is also if I remember right a REALLY steep hill with the studio being at the top of it so not very advantageous to stop on Kybher Pass Rd either XP

OKAY - NOBODY ELSE PAY JUST YET. I just got an email from the studio telling me oh, sorry, despite us confirming with you weeks ago we now can't take you. Call us to sort it out!

SO. I am furious. I will call first thing tomorrow and find out what the physics is happening, but until I have a concrete answer, please nobody else put payment through. It may be they offer me another day, which will not happen because we have schoolkids and out of towners, or I find us another place to shoot, which may affect cost. I don't physics even. FML. FALLOURL.

UPDATE 6 July: Okay, I'm talking to another studio and trying to arrange gear. Unfortunately, the day rate alone for a sunday at the new place is $500. White Studios have offered to still do the gear, which would be fantastic as the other place is more expensive, but I'm sorting that now. If all my calculations are correct, the per-shoot price will go up by a few dollars (~~no more than $4~~ DAMMIT SORRY GUYS still working this out!!), but I am just working out the kinks with the studio now. I'm really sorry about this everyone - hopefully we can still go ahead! :sadcry:
