FF + Magna Carta Photoshoot [DO 2010] [closed]

Yeah, I was quite surprised! The manager I've been emailing is really lovely :) And since all the gear is onsite, setup/packout should be really quick. Which means a little extra time, which is always good to have!

Do you know if Alex is free that day? If he is, would he be prepared to come and play wrangler...? Just running around letting people in/going to find them if they get lost, etc. I will pay him in food and eternal gratitude! And also cash if I can afford it :)

He's not sure yet, but being a Sunday he'll probably be free. He's just not sure if he's going to get the Saturday night off yet or anything. I'll ask him when he gets back from Uni though.

Okay, since those last three slots haven't been snapped up yet, I'm going to open them to people outside the immediate group. So, if you know someone who is interested, get them to drop me a line! I know mightydelemma is champing at the photo bit, anybody else?

Spreadsheet updated! If nobody else wants the slots, I have a tonne of unphotographed costumes I need to shoot in - if we can't fill them by Monday the 7th (four days time), I'm yoinking them!

ALSO - I will be doing up the final order today, I hope. The FF group will be going first in the day, then Touhou, then MC. The non-affiliated shoots will be slooted in anywhere that fits! :)

Also I was thinking of making onigiri for lunch since

1. It's easy to make (so used to hands getting steamed XD)
2. Doesn't need to be hot to be eaten
3. Easy to accommodate people's preferences unless you don't like rice or something then >> yeah 8D
4. It's relatively cheap 8D

Nee: You can get one of the other Aucklanders to put through a payment if that's easier? I feel a bit mean for being so strict on payment, but I'm really not prepared to go to the trouble of booking a studio if I'm going to end up out of pocket. :/

Alena: ....I don't like onigiri! BUT I CAN TOTALLY BRING SOME INSTANT NOODLES OR SOMETHING I am not above instant food. Actually instant noodles are delicious. So ignore me!

Haha, I'll be cabbing it from our backpackers...biiiiig suitcase of costumes! And silly shoes. Saves on navigtion issues though!

Actually - maybe I'll stick a few Aucks natives in before the FF shoot. That way if anyone gets lost we can soldier on for a bit.
