Okay okay. I have fran - part of ff group. Then Marisa - part of touhou group. And Celestin - part of MC group.

...I have two that are listed as others, while one is listed as FF and the other MC

Sylvie, would it be possible to shuffle my 2 slots around so there's a bit more time in between each? I'm not sure if an hour will be enough for me to switch costumes as they're both quite different, and would rather not be late and hold things up. :)

I have Elaine - MC Group, Aya - Touhou Group and Ritsuka which is other.
So will I have to pay for 3 slots?

Nee: yes - but the Touhou group is booked as a group, so only needs to pay the one fee. It's up to you guys as to how to sort that out, I have no idea who is involved!

Tammy: Er. You're already spread out really far - 11.10 for Fran, 2.20 for 'other' and 4.40 for Celestin. I can move your 'other' slot back by a few, but then you have less time for Celestin - what would you like to do?

Jen: Noted! Shuffling commencing now! If I put one of yours in quite early in the day how will that work?

Lol, i love you too bby. But seriously, a half hour or so can make a big difference, so if you want to swap a few either way, let me know. I also do need to sort my own shoots out too - I have a few, and although most aren't too taxing, some really are...I'll have to pick one makeup look and stick to it! ;__;

Have you tried looking up what NZPost will charge? Parcelpost is tracked, or at least offers a tracking option. It may or may not be cheaper than a courier?

EVERYONE - there is now less than two weeks until the payment deadline. I stongly advise you pay now if you can, or as soon as possible. Very few people have paid, and although I know a couple of you need to wait, the rest of you need to sort it pretty quick. If we don't get enough money to cover costs, we can either go ahead with everyone who has confirmed, and cover the costs ourselves, or the whole thing will be cancelled - which, let's face it, will physics suck. So don't make us cancel. Pay me money. :)

TOUHOU GROUP - I would love it if you guys took two slots instead of one, since I have no idea how many of you there are. Two slots is also a bit easier to divvy up amongst a bunch of people? If there's more than ten, I would really REALLY appreciate it if I had more than ten minutes to shoot with you!

Payment shall be definitely be made by 11th July, if not before then (most likely) I MIGHT take another slot up if I get fabric and Okita Sougo done in time, so I'll keep you informed. <3

I'd like a spot if possible, trying to work backwards to understand the spreadsheet... would that mean the 12.50 and 6.10 slots are free? Either of those will work and I can pay via electronic funds as soon as I get courage to look at my account....

I will be making up for about two hours for that shoot so I do intend to be on time and make the most of it ;) Asari headpieces, gotta love 'em ;)
