Still deciding between two cosplays to make, both look easy, I can get peoples opinions when I get there yes? I'm catching a bus into town in about 20 minutes but I probably won't meet you guys at Kutwells until 10:15amish as I need to go to a internet cafe to print out some reference pictures as I don't have a printer. sweatdrop

I forgot to charge my phone ~~Which needs topping up anyway~~ so can I charge it there please? puppyeyes

I can't reply to txts at the moment but I'll be in TeaNet internet cafe if you can't find me. (It's on the corner of Columbo and Tuam or Coloumbo and St Asph, I forget which). See you guys soon! Very Happy

Shouldn't of really acted that way, just don't know how to express..feelings and just really felt pushed aside. But kinda felt like afterward that kinda ruined everything for you guys and for Sakura. Know how much you guys just like having a really happy time together, and really tried hard to kept everything in, so you guys would have a happy time together..

Just kinda felt for a long time, that felt like.. a failure. One of the of the reasons why head into a sadness was because felt like really couldn't do anything right. It's sad, but true. Have always felt like a Failure. Other people are usually talented at music, sport, singing, art, math, science and used to cheat and "pretend" to play the Keyboard. Even lied about getting passed most of the early Final Fantasy games ( VII & VIII )..

I just want to be like everybody else a confident person who is hyperactive and fits in, but always fail..

But just want to apologize because didn't mean to bring your days down. Espically when everybody here was really looking forward to this day. Just want to apologize to Sakura who spent ages planning this event and was trying her hardest to help everybody and make sure that everybody was having a good time.
& to Cyren because didn't mean to walk out so soon..

I'm sure you didn't ruin anything and unless you like..killed someone or screamed in someones face for no reason theres probly no reason to apologise

heyhey its alright! there was not much machines available anyway
so i dont think any practical could be achived ^^;;
and also being a noob to sewing i didnt know anything to
teach you and had no sewing machine to show you x(

*im soooooo getting one, that one that caily has
i think it was in spotlight for $350*

anyway anyway, today was just a mega disadvantage for
newcomers i guess ^^;; hence why i just winged a vest

i know what it feels like to lie about things
to make you popular. but if you want to do it.
ask. someone sufficcient enough in the field will
show you. *like me and mecha at the moment ^^*
tell you what. once i get a machine of my own
we can have 1 on 1 sewing days *i learn more
with mistakes and hands on stuff ^^;;;*

im not confident either
today was just trying to be happy
but you will find in sewing that you have your own
nice personal bubble which is good ^^
no disturbances and focus on the objective
*which was good today. didnt feel like talking
so i put my head down ^^;;*

as for the dance, dont fret xP
hows mon or weds afternoon for you?
it wont take long and its easy.
will take us, 30mins?

Been doing it all through Highschool, no it's okay kinda- trying to be normal and not lie even if sucks..

Just didn't want/ felt bad and didn't want other's people's day ruined. Espically Sakura because she was so busy trying to lead, explain and help everybody at once, that's why wanted to apologize to everybody and to her..

Then we can help people who need help. I kinda realized I could be doing this anytime where as other people dont always have access to machines and don't always know what they're doing.

Mandie - I was thinking the same thing, once I talked everything over with my mum. And as you have more patterns than me by bringing them we'll have any pattern anyone would want!!

Claire - next time we have one, I promise that I wont have my own thing to do - maybe have it geared towards newbies to sewing.... I'm sorry if it felt like you were left out!! But on the positive side, Cyren's right - having your own bubble is great for times when you need to keep your head down and work!!!!

Cyren - it's spelt Calie but your's was close enough that it didn't matter!!

Glenn - the spelling didn't bother me.

We all went to Sakura's house and everybody met up and tried to see what characters we could do for the ball and try and make their costumes. Pyro arrived, Riven took people shopping. Rainbow, Cyren, Olli and I went across to the costume hire store across the road. [ It was amazing !!] and yeah..
Highlander suggested that him and Rainbow should be the "Grandparents " of the club, since we already have a mum. But Rainbow disagreed and chased Highlander around the room..

I had a pretty good time, considering I was a newbie (both to the CCC and sewing anything outside of school)

It was almost scary how welcoming everyone was, considering that I'd never met anyone before. And I managed to get my hakama finished Very Happy

I really should learn to sew at some stage lol
I have a sewing machine thats been used once to fix my favorite pants... and Ive had it for 2 years now lol
I dont know how much longer I will survive with closet cosplay, hot glue guns and begging Wiing to make things for me lol xD

It would have been nice to have more experienced people there but still, maybe next time? It seems to be a very popular idea so the next one would probably be soon, after the ball seems to be good.

I would say we did just survive on two machines at a time, although there were plenty of times we could have used three. (We actually did have three,just not set up. But really it is more time in the patterning and cutting than the sewing. However two instructors amongst lots of people was too much of a stretch a lot of the time.
