Srsly. The first one was bell-shaped, but the top was a bit wonky, and second was less bell shaped, and the third was just completely horrible ;A;

Edit: Ohyeah. We went to the mall today too. I found amazing leaf things that will be perfect for the Quadropuss' head leaf things =w=

Damn, I was going to get http://www.cosworx.com/product.php?productid=26284&cat=2495&page=1 as it all ready has a fringe, but it's sold out in both white and silver D: So I'll have to go with the willow from cosworx and just get the fringe cut as well as everything else.

@Thread: Just bought seven white ostrich feathers to dye charcoal/brown, and am currently rejigging the neckline of the dress - thank god I'm using the lining as a mock-up, lol, because the neckline doesn't sit right at ALL.

Getting there though - pics when I'm done!

8D I tried making the pattern for my top last night. It failed.

Also, the papier-mache is dry not so I should really get to work on painting and putting the stuff all together...

That said, I should also actually make an attempt to finish my staff.

I finally got my wig! (It got delivered to Rachel's house but I got it at school today from Rachel)
It's reeeeeeally long! So much longer than the first wig I bought. It's also very thick compared to my other wig. I am happy =w=

Ordered my dye remover today, so fingers crossed I can start gradient un-dyeing my claire tutu soon :)

I got mine from Dharma with my dyes order, but you can get it from Goldings and I think also Gordon Harris. Do some ringing around - a lot of craft places should carry it.

..it occurs to me now that Goldings is welly only. ;____; Phonebook!

I'll just get it from Dharma then - it doesn't seem to expensive from there and I don't exactly need much. Very Happy

Sylvie, did you use the Calsolene Oil with yours? Given that I'm dip dyeing it, I'm thinking it's probably a good idea for me to get some as it apparently makes it easier to dye even. (I didn't have a problem with dyeing it even when I did my Yuna sleeves, but a safety net would be nice...)

Nah, I didn't bother, I've never had an issue with streaking - except when using a different brand of dye.

OKAY EVERYONE - I need help finding references for the back of Greg's costume. Thought we had one, but it's not Astal, it's Raul. I have no problem making it up, but I'd rather not get Greg in trouble with MC snobs. Razz
