I finished all but the sleeves of my Count jacket tonight, and all but the waistband of my Mephy shorts. Next: finishing the Mephy shorts completely, starting my Count sleeves, and finishing my Mephy cape.

... Does the socks that I ordered from America for Shiemi coming in the post count as progress? P:

Recently I've:

Made Shiemi's (Ao no Exorcist) kimono, still need to gradient dye it pink and blue and paint all the flowers on it.
Made Shiemi's back cushion (I ttly know actual kimono terms) and obi.
Nearly finished hand sewing wire into place on Miyoubi's wings, made one of Miyoubi's skirt layers, started painting lace for the second and nearly finished both of her boot covers B)

And I've been doing several makeup trials, which are always fun xD

I've also almost finished my leotard and need to overlock the dress ~~once I find out where those darn white threads are asdfghjkl~~.
Heaps to do but it's a start 8D

I do have some more armour made up like the arms but cbf posting them because they're not fully done and need painting.

what did you make your armour out of? (It looks a bit like concrete, ahaha xDDD). Looking awesome though B) Armour is always fun to see how it's made and such Razz

My progress:

Figuring out how to gradient dye, haha. Plus hours of handsewing B| Might post some pictures if I get to the point of it actually looking marginally different xDD

Haha now that you mention it it does. The base is plaster bandages like the ones used on casts, while the stuff on top is a sort of papermache mix clay powder where you only need to add water, it's super strong and doesn't crack or anything. Downside is it's a little heavy but I'm hoping that sanding it will help a little bit.

im a bit reoccupied/lazy to post pics, but..

I've almost finished Yoko's boots (Gurren Lagenn) and pleather shorts
finished Disney Princess Jasmine's pants today
almost finished 2 sets of earrings, hairclip and necklace
started on Otoya's white vest (Uta Prince Sama) which I'll line with black satin if i have time
styled a Cloud wig for a friend

and still so much to do >< as well as 2 projects, 3 tests and speech to do in the next 3 weeks.

what am i doing on cnz?! aaah!

I'm knitting a Fourth Doctor scarf - the first one, from Robot - and I've now done 160 lines of it! ...however I didn't count (in my defence, I had appendicitis at the time) and did an odd number of rows for the cream, making the part where I change from purple to cream have the change of thread on a different side to everything else. Once I finish, I'm going to go back to redo it.

It only looks wonky here because the needle isn't quite long enough so the stitches have to be grouped together.

For the cosplay power hour I started my Alice in Wonderland dress (: Just need to add buttons, sleeves, trimming and make the apron~

Cheapest cosplay ever though! $17 for all the fabric 'cause of Spotlight's sale. Awwyeah.

I'm making a Xigbar wig for next year. Tied it up into a ponytail and slicked it back with A LOT of gel. Then added the material and glued wig hair onto it to make the forehead thingie XD
Tomorrow I'll finish it and add in the white highlights.

Carved out my keyblade from expanding foam, it took so loooooooooooooooooooooong but happy with the result! Now to paper mache it and paint it...

@Tails: Whoa, how many cans of expanding foam did that take? What are you using under it btw? (Can see bits of white under expanding foam).

@RMD- About 2 1/2 cans of 16L cans :) I just used a cardboard template as a base with a plastic pipe through the middle to give it support. It's so light!
