After some awesome advice in the 'Help' forum, this is what I did yesterday/today.
Excuse the retarded lighting in my house Very Happy

Apron was a project yesterday.
Still need to get elastic and a zip to finish off the waist of the skirt.
Bottom tiers are currently just pinned until I can be bothered sewing the flounces.

Not bad, considering everything has so-far been done entirely by hand by a non-sewer.
I'm a little bit proud whee

Have also customised a whole pile of jewellery, made a dangly chain thing to hang from a belt and have customised my die-cast pirate pistol Very Happy At this rate, I may actually have something wearable in April Laughing

Thanks to Mischa and VC I made the bodice, complete with fake corset front, and the first layer of the skirt part of my artbook!Euphemia dress C: I had to mess around with the front, but now it fits perfectly C:

have been working on Chii's veil
i've never made a veil before so its hard to work out how to get to work with the fabric i have which is beautiful but very very expense beaded bridal tulle,
it's so pretty i dont want to touch it :sadcry:
most veil patterns say to curve the bottom of the fabric, but the tulle has a beautiful beaded trim which i really want to keep, :sadcry:
and im having trouble working out which front veil design to use, to cover my eyes or not to cover emo

thats 7 hoops of doubled curtain wire = 40m of wire that has been constantly slapping me in face while working on it orz

My Ranka Lee wig arrived yesterday! and it's really nice~

Today I styled it :'D (cut the fringe) I dont have a wig stand or anything, so I had it cut it while it was on me orz" wig fibers all over my topppp.

I've gone though almost 5 protypes of freya's crown and now I'm almost finished with my (hopefully) final crown XD
I had one of those major "OMG I can't believe it worked" moments Shocked when i finished the main body parts and it didn't collapse on me like three of my protypes did :sadcry:

Started work on Braig's neckscarf. I love the material for it. Just need to draw in the burn marks and neaten (mess?) up the edges and put in some stiff interfacing to make sure the folds will stay and look crisp.

I've completely worked out how much fabric I need for my Moon skirts!! It took all of the morning and half of the afternoon but it's done - with a mock up of the first skirt done. Now to see of the site I'm getting the fabric from does part of a yard not just full ones.

I also cut out a partially sewn together the Usagi uniform top but I've run out of ompph to finish sewing it tonight.

Finished my last Shoulder Piece today!!! YYYYAAAAAAWWWWHHHHOOOOOO!!!!! Very Happy
Now to start buy the beads for the Dress!!! and then to buy the Drill for the Dress on Thursday!!! Very Happy YAY!!

Oh, and the Screen-Used version of my other Welly Costume arrived at my mates house in the US yesturday!! So now that I have detailed pictures I can start my version and hold my breath until I get the actual Dress from her! Very Happy

I've been helping Carnione with her Selphie cosplay for my Final Fantasy VIII comp group. Dress is done bar pockets, straps and zip, because we ended up buying a white zip and painting it with metalic silver paint. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC. I can't wait to see her in it!!!
