Request what pictures and music you want for the ball

With pictures please keep the theme in mind ^^ and post a link to the picture.
I'll be getting 100-150 pictures

With music just say the song and artist/band and I'll put them in the first post so me and my team of music helpers (When I get the team) can get the songs you all want

Wouldn't it make more sense to have it around CHCH geddon =D that way out of towners that are going can go to the ball =D

Personally, I think that a holiday period might be a slightly more practical time to have it during, maybe? That way, the risk of people having assignments due soon after the ball is smaller...

Unfortunately, I don't know when school holidays are, anymore... 8D ;

August is winning !~~

But think later in the year is best ( later middle ) because- time to make a costume !
And don't have the stress of Geddon, ACP, and Sept is just a month away till Auck Geddon..

August was (kind) of stressful last year, but it would be so much better than sticking it in the middle of Christmas time or Auckland Geddon time. Lols. ^^

speaking as the lighting tech. August is good however the month before and and a week or two after are also fine, as such my recommendation is to go with the july school holidays as that way we are also clear of mock exams for any school students and the enviromental conditions will be satisfactory.
