Captains haori

Any one got a decent pattern on making a captains haori???

I need one asap... Using my beat up haori right now but its not very good. Please help ^^

i've made... six captain haoris, and i just used the gi pattern except doing straight front panels and obviously making it longer. that is, if you have the gi pattern (in bleach, it might be called the shihakushou).

okies a new but really smark question.... I was perusing through cosplay.com and I need to know:

Do I HAVE to line the coat with red fabric or do I leave it white? I see lots with only white b ut cosplay.com say it lined red. Plus all my picture ref (roughly 200 eps of anime) seem to show it being white. Any comments on that??

All the captain's haori are lined with an inner colour. Yes, his lining is red - the anime can be very slack with sticking to true colours (Just look at Gin's eye colour change! xD)

But to answer your question - you only have to if you don't feel content without it. Seriously, it's up to you - if your cool without, then go without :3
(Personally, I'm a stingy about my own cosplays being as accurate as possible - but that's just with mine xD )

DAMMIT!!!! Im broke till next week.... i just got 5 metres of white cotton for the coat at 3 (thats right THREE) bucks a metre
