I would look forwards to making bloomers.... ;D I don't know... Umm I'd say yes since they all have that little bit showing after the top bit of their torso ends. Am I making sense? D:
And some of them are a different colour to the legs and torso!

Or adjust it to each cousin?

@jess; i think it's up to the discretion of the person... i was thinking leggings might be a better choice and they're not terribly hard to make, but tights are... y'know, ready made. OTL

I personally would prefer no-bloomers as long as we're doing leggings rather than tights. Very Happy

also i'm not sure i'm going to be able to provide a pattern for leggings... but they'll be fairly easy to find one for, i'm sure.

I think leggings & mid-thigh tops? I could try do the leggings pattern - I have some spare fabric somewhere I can use to test the pattern I think. :3

I bought some green material (cotton stretch) for leggings today - it's a bit brighter (/lime-r) than the actual stuff but bright is might.
Anyway, I bought 1m because I didn't take the whole stretchy thing into account so if anyone wants some I can send it to you for free + postage. Just PM me if you want some for leggings. Take advantage of my stupidity XD

Okay, looking into venues again and doing a headcount - am I missing anyone from this list that would be interested in Auckland?

Sakkaf - central (what suburb do you actually live in, Sakkaf?)

And the preferred day is Saturday, right? I'm thinking maybe 8th or 29th of Jan, or the 5th or 12th of February? (keeping in mind that if we do it earlier, we have more time for subsequent meet-ups if we want. :3)

Hurrrr. It also depends on when the chch workshop is too, 'coz we can't do much without the pattern for the bodies/heads (though we could do our leggings I guess, but they shouldn't be too hard).

I think it was just Fleece was the recommended material, but if you wanted to do different, you could? Though I'm not sure that I'll make my leggings out of fleece... Idk, were we planning on the leggings being Fleece too?

Also - feet! Wear shoes that we can take off for photos, or build the shoes into the leggings? (cannibalise sone jandals for soles). I kinda wanna say we should wear slippers, hahah, but I think Daisy's feet are kinda bulgy compared to everyone else's, so maybe she's the only one who suits it...

Re: feet! Since June has differnt coloured feet, I was just to cover some slip ons with fabulous orange fabric.

fabric: fleece!

leggings fabric: anything, probably a knit would be good.

shoes: flats the same colour as your leggings. <: if you can't find any, get some flats and cover them like anne said.
