Well I know we have over 20 people keen ^^

so either we keep it at the 12th of July, we'd have to hire out a hall which'll be something like $5-10 per person? or change it for the 19th which I was thinking we could do not only do we have a free place but some people that can't make 12th can make 19th xD

its okay, worst comes $5 or so dollars for a hall isn't too expensive... or we just hold it at a house (mine or something.)
Besides we could always hold it maybe friday, sunday night on one of the July weekends I suppose?

hm... well get people to bring a small prezzy (under $5)
bring food and/or drink
and yourself!

i can bring a got christmas tree and my own decorations...
if you have a team to get the place set up and a team to take them down then just ask them to bring along something to put up (doesnt have to be much...)

that way cost is way down

yea theres a good amount of space for games etc
and basket ball outside if you want (and a SMALL jungle gym lol)
its right next to the river so theres plenty of good places to take pictures ^_^

if you have EVERYONE bring decs then your gonna have a problem with people trying to get their own at the end. Have a group and sort out whos bringing what and it'll be so much easier!

actually if the church is free theres a good amount of space for hide and go seek or a lollie hunt!
