I have GH2, i've finished the game on medium, and am stuck 2 thirds through hard and after the 2nd group of songs on expert

I mean we were thinking of running a ball but votes changed it to party instead...
its not a 'ball' per se, though people are welcome to dance, we might even run a dance off or something, but yeah, its more designed as a party with games, contests and presents ^^

um foods, we'll just see if everyone can bring one food item (someone can bring drink) and one small present for secret santa/or present game/or pass the parcel (which ever game we use the presents for.)
We'll be all good cheers

Yeah I dunno, but in the club emails I sent out I put party on all of them... I guess maybe 'ball' just stuck to a couple of peoples minds since thats where the party idea came from.

Like I said there can be dancing, but the whole night isn't going to be focused around just dancing, thats why we're planning games and anime and maybe video games too?

Having said that, if the next big cosplay meetup, everyone wants a ball, then we can organise a ball...

I can't dance and don't really go for the whole ball thing, so a party sounds better to me! :) I'm still not sure if I'll be able to make it though, I'll do my best

I don't know about Welly, but Auckland did have to cancel it... but also everyones from all parts of the city there so it seems pretty hard to organise something that'll fit with everyone whose interested.

But yeah, like I said ours turned from a ball to a party because more people were interested in a party, I assume partly because they feel like Pseudonym feels about balls?

Personally for a Mid-Winter Christmas gathering, I'd rather go for something that'll try and appeal to everyone ^^

aka- Go to Toffs- or any other cheap store- have a milkshake for lunch-then go to somebody's house for a sewing practise and start designing some clothes then end home ???

Not that I know of... just because so many things are on the next two weeks and then after that is MWCCCP anyway.

There's the lan/amv this weekend, next weekend Sunday is the snow trip.

I was thinking we could maybe do cosplay laser strike sometime next Saturday but depends on whose keen and has munnies =P

Well anyway I'd be keen to tag along to get clothes and stuffs ^^ if I dont have work that is.

I'm up for clothes! I won't have Alice done by the 12th (haven't even thought about starting the dress yet...)
and I was thinking of doing Yomiko from R.O.D. (read or die) so I need to get op shop clothing for her... please count me in! Hopefully I won't need to sew anything....

If you changed the date for Wed's because of laserstrike you dont have to. I thought we could do them both Sat, one after the other, I was thinking laser strike late afternoon-evening anyway. Up to you ^^
