Still considering how good C.C. is at regenerating herself from pretty much anything, he could probably put her back together like a jigsaw puzzle and she'd come back to life.

Suzaku is a bastard, admittedly I'm liking him in R2 as a result of him being a bastard. Before then I hated him for his idealism and double standards in his own beliefs of justice (God, his whole I'm going to die but at least I'm following the rules moment in ep 17 annoyed me a lot) Now he seems to be becoming a better character, but as a Lelouch fan I am compelled to hate him.

Well seeing as she was shot in the head in the first ep of season 1 and also maimed by a large amount of rubble when protecting Lelouch from the Lancelot during the Narita battle and she then came out without a scratch. It's safe to say she can regenerate.

Also the flashbacks from her past indicate she's been burned at the stake, run through with a series of spears, decapitated and put in an iron maiden during various moments in time.

My god, the new Guren, it kicks so much ass! I mean she beat Guilford in one hit, and diabled both the Tristan and Mordred! Karen freaking rocks now!

Also god damn Suzaku why must he ruin EVERYTHING! The end of the ep is so painful to watch for Lelouch.

The mechs are pretty easy top remember:

Britannian Knightmare Frames:

Glasgow: Karen's first mech, Old Knightmare Frame that only really had Slash Harkens (those cable things) as weapons along with its fists. It was red and kinda ugly.

Sutherland: Standard Britainnian military unit, The purple one that uses a machine gun, the most common of Knightmares. Villetta, Orange and Kewell (The other purist that gets killed in season 1 by Karen) piloted these. Lelouch also likes to steal them and pilot them himself.

Gloucester: Used by Cornelia, Guilford, Darlton and the Glaston Knights. They are also purple mechs but are easily distinguishable from the Sutherland for having a large cape and knight helmet for the face. They also commonly wield giant lances as opposed to standard machine guns making them more of a close range mech.

Knightmare Police Frame: Not commonly seen, They are basically in police colours and use a large pistol. The most screentime they got was in that ep where Karen angsted about her Mum in which it fought against Karen and lost.

Lancelot: We all know this one as that bastard Suzaku pilots it and uses it to single-handedly win pretty much every battle. Now known as the Lancelot Conquista sports slash harkens, two swords, a VARIS blaster, shields, a hadron cannon and a float unit. Probably the most variable and powerful mech in the series.

Gawain: Easy to remember this one, The giant mech that Lelouch and Karen stole and C.C. piloted. Had slash harkens for fingers and more notably was the first mech in the series to fly and be equipped with the Hadron Cannon. Was a two seated mech as well as C.C. piloted the mech while Lelouch manned the weapons.

Siegfried: Orange's mech in the final 2 eps of season 1, It was a giant Orange with spikes, not easy to forget.

Vincent: The mass produced Lancelot, Rollo and now Guilford pilot these. They kinda look at the Lancelot back from season 1 only slightly different.

Tristan: Zino's mech, it is essentially Gundam Wing, as it shares the same colour scheme and transformation ability as it.

Mordred: The big purple one that resembles Gundam Virtue. Anya's mech, has big uber cannon of doom and more armour than you can cut through with a sword.

Black Knights Knightmare Frames:

Burai: Zero pilots this one a lot, it's also the most common mech the Black Knights have to offer. They are modified Glasgows and are equipped with standard machine guns. Toudou and the 4 Heavenly Blades also piloted a modified version of it called the Burai Kai with sported antennas and swords.

Guren: Karen's mech, the red one with the claw of doom, now sporting a more awesome claw, a float pack and more weapons. Has been one of my favourite mechs in the series since its introduction. Was the first mech the Black Knights got that could match up to the Lancelot.

Gekka: Toudou and the 4 Heavenly Blades new mech after they lost the Burai Kai. Kinda looked like the Guren only they were silver, while Toudou had a specialised one in black with red hair. Used katanas and arm mounted machine guns.

Akatsuki: The upgraded Gekka, I can't really tell the differences between this and the Gekkas in terms of design other than the fact it can now fly. Hasn't been introduced in the series, but can be seen in the opening flying behind Rollo's Vincent. The remaining Heavenly Blades pilot a blue version of this mech.

Zangetsu: Toudou's customised Akatsuki, looks pretty much just like his Gekka from season 1, can be seen in the opening fighting Guilford's Vincent. Is said to be designed to fight against the Lancelot.

Chinese Knightmare Frames:

Gun-Ru: You see these in that one ep where Suzaku and Lelouch team up to fight the Chinese army trying to take over Area 11 and set up a puppet government using the remnants of the old Japanese government. There were a lot of them in that ep and only that ep.

Shen-Hu: Blue mech you see with the Chinese in the opening. Li Xingke pilots it and it appears to have a chest cannon.

EDIT: Also, I don't think Lelouch should have told Nunnally he was Zero, I doubt Nunnally would have taken to the news well as to her, Zero is the man who killed Clovis and Euphemia and had attempted to conquer all of Area 11. While it was all for her sake, she doesn't know that and simply thinks of Zero as a rebel leader. So hearing that Zero was actually her beloved brother would probably be a bit too much to handle.

I don't think so, Nunnally was listening to the live broadcast when the event occured, but the broadcast cut off just before she started killing Elevens.
