Soo... What day is the meet up?? I'm seriously confused. I can probably come for at least a while though on either day.

And we should save money and buy tubs of ice cream and spoons and share.

and sharing ice cream from tubs?? *shivers*......as much as i like ice cream, i dont think i would want to risk getting meningitis. (no offence to ice cream eaters, Sasuke's a paranoid!)

Wow what a mission.
Since most are fine for either Saturday, how about this, we meet up this Saturday for ice cream and stuffs in the park. Then perhaps the next Saturday (or the one after) plan for a picnic?

it is but we did like start planning this at late notice to begin with. Thats never wise. Not to mention the equal replies from the votes doesn't help ><'

So... after some talkings and server brain goings ons....
here's the possible plan.

Its too late notice for anything big, and also with the famine... we're not gonna do a picnic this weekend. We will do it next weekend the 31st.This will be our main/official first Cosplay Event. With manya games, competitions (maybe some little prizes) and foods.
Of course, this will be in cosplay =3

However since many are keen/free/want to meet up this weekend...
We'll have a small casual cosplay meetup this Saturday at 1.30pm, behind the museum in the gardens if its dry, (if its wet - inside the arts centre.)
if its sunny, pyro will lead us to a good picnic area deep within the gardens, if its raining we can sit inside the arts centre and either way you get your ice cream Lavi. Well do a few games/dances have ice cream and some photoshoots.
This will be in cosplay as well, but you dont have to ^^

That's the idea...
Comments, suggestions, anything people? Or are we set and good to go?

and btw the meetings after this one will not be run like this. Once the club is running all our meetings will be properly planned ahead (a week or two in advance) and have set dates, most likely every second (or third) Saturday.
Its true, everything is really disorganized at the moment, the clubs only just started and is barely up and running *points to to-do list* etc etc so bear with us...

I know some people haven't even cosplayed before yet - which reminds me, if anyone doesn't have a costume but wants to cosplay, we do have some people willing to lend one of their costumes for the day ^^

Me wills! I was gonna go as Yuna, but if its raining I wont cause I'm not risking any harm to come to the pretty costume (I ams borrowing her from JVCA.)
So um... yeah iunno yet =P

But dont forgot, if anyone wants to cosplay but doesn't have a costume we have some that can be borrowed.

yay i will be coming, but only if it's on during afternoon or so... not at like 6 pm >.<

I'll be coming as Ishida ! (hopefully) in the school costume....and after that i'm going to hangout at town. which is gonna be weird; people will definitely think i'm a crossdressing lesbian =.=
