D= ah but meeting was at 3.30 sad

well we just went in a circle, introduced ourselves and discussed the club (details of which are on the other page) so you didn't miss too much =P
also, (after doing a count) we had 15 people that couldn't make it... that means, there's at least 35 chch cosplayers =D
where has everyone been all this time? D= xD =3 hahaha

Well I was gonna say cosplay picnic on the 31st of May... but is that too far lol, and also it is on a saturday...
I was thinking we could meet at hagley park for some games/dances/videos/photos and stuff.
We could either bring foods or just grab an ice cream or something... or lol go into town for foods =P

I think the biggest problem we're going to have organising anything is finding times that suit most people.

Then whatever has the most votes... wins?
cause yeah I think it'll be rare to have a day/time where everyone can attend at once since there are so many peoples.

also the thing about if it rains ;;

I was thinking that we could send a bulk email to everyone to thank them for coming, to mention the picnic (well this, SCP etc etc)

hahahah, its just my view... tis why I suggested a picnic for games and such =P
I mean... we could do picnic then have movies or something after... nothings stopping us... except moneys and time maybe oO'
(well we need a backup plan for if it rains anyway.)
um for foods, either... or we can get something there? Depends on what everyone wants to do?
