if we do a picnic Saturday, and it rains we could do the picnic Sunday instead. Would Sunday afternoon work too?
But also, we could do something on Saturday that’s indoors anyway/as well.

but it <i>should</i> be fine...
maybe....

if we do an inside thing saturday, it would have to be somewhere that doesn't need booking. (bowling, etc)

if its sunny, we could have a picnic in the gardens and wander round the arts center (good photo op.)

Usually I'm working a varitation of friday night/saturday morning/saturday afternoon/sunday. My timetable is decided at the start of each month -
bu I have good workmates though, so usually I can swap some shifts

I'm not working at all Saturday 24th, so that's good (though working Sunday).

At the moment we're short staffed so swaping is rather difficult ^^'
I can easily reserve days off though, we just write it in a book. But I have to do that before the roster is written... so too late for next sat but I'll try and switch it. Or at least try and make it so I finish at 3pm ahahaha.

we could do an afternoon thing - say 2-4.30ish - that way people wouldn't need to prepare lunch - just snack thingeess... (or we could all buy icecream!)

Yeah I dont go on LJ or any of the other things listed lmao so I wouldnt have a clue... and since probably some will be one, some will be on another, some aren't on either etc... I was thinking website would be the best thing.
It could have contact details, maybe a members page, it will have when, where, what next meeting is etc ... oh just cause I thought I'll write it here or I'll probably forget... a page that has all the photo/video links taken during each of our events.

I was thinking we could make some posters to put up in fabric stores or something to catch the eyes of any other cosplayers? I dont know oO'

I'd really want to do a cosplay picnic (well not so much picnic but just something so we can all meet play some games/photos etc, more on the lines of social) soon, but only when most of the members can come xD
though nothings stopping from us doing something (bowling/movie/anything) this sat and something next sat anyway ahahah ^^'

I think it would be alright doing a picnic on the 14th even though its the famine, especially if its not over lunchtime, 'cause then people don't have to eat if they don't want to <strike>and we'll try hard not to rub the ice cream in their faces</strike>
