Quite a reasonable collection. All modeled on something in history too.

And the swimming is because it is different to the work I do, so it should loosen it up once I learn to swim for longer periods. Gym would only use the same motion and make it worse.

And you can do whatever you like unless you enter the Armageddon competition, then you need to use foam or something.

He's got great knowledge of japanese swordsmithing, I'll give him that.

I probably won't be entering in any competitions, I'm not too much of an actual cosplayer at this stage, so that's fine with me

Sorry to be a pain but as a Fanatic Xena fan - She and Gabrielle were not that way! It was implied but never out right stated. Moving on - if anyone happens to want to watch Xena I have the entire series on DVD and can quote most of them. If you would like further info on Xena/Gabrielle then I am happy to provide....

I shall have to look at that link later.

There doesn't appear to be many things coming up in the near future, But perhaps you could enlighten me as to what kinds of other activities the CCC do?

Well the Mid Winter Christmas Party was delayed due us all getting sick in Dunedin. So it should be on sometime. There will be another sewing meet sometime. You could come to Auckland for Armageddon. Crazy is trying to organize a trip to Picton later this year. Ollilthia has a Black Cat anime marathon for her birthday. There is a movie before the ball. There is Sakuras Fae Murder Mystery birthday party later too. The only close things that are confirmed are a birthday next weekend, and my Revolutionary Girl Utena anime marathon on the 22/23rd of August (When Sakura makes up her mind.) We will have a one piece marathon after that and then a firefly one.

As some of these are private events they may not be on the club list. But the threads are in the CCC usergroup area. Also check the CSI usergroup too.
