We should start a cellphone database (or closer to the time?) so we can get in contact with each other at the airport/if someone gets lost

Highlander; My mother is also staying at the Abella, in another Family Room (orz, If you guys weren't so awesome I'd stay with her), but yeah, thats who it is if suddenly theres one less fam!room available.

Highlander - I used to get lost in Dunedin goign from town to my sister's place just above town - you can see how easy it would be for me to get lost!

Um, so Fred's family are coming.
Well depending on how things go tomorrow and on Jozzle and on the motel then I would say we are full!
I shall book the extra room and ask if any more are free. Will probably not hear back until Monday?

I think people can choose what they will do. They are adults after all. Although Photos in Cosplay would be good.

OK. Just doing some playing with some figures. Like we have three cheaper family rooms that MAY be all booked? Then one Twin room for a couple of days, which is higher cost, but the most convenient for the Welly cosplayers. (Then Lennon and Megan have booked themselves a twin, (and some others another room.)) We may not have any other room options left, will have to find out. But having said it would be like $30/night if numbers worked out, I,m reluctant to charge the Welly players $50/night. But as they are staying only two nights it may be fair for them to pay a little more, so we don't may much extra to subsidize them? Not sure really.

But a nice round figure would be $32/night for most of us for two nights, $30 the last night, and $35/night for the twins. So $94 and $70 respectively. Thats with two people possibly unconfirmed, so may change?

But what do you guys think?
