Um like the check in time is from 2pm. But like Riven said if you arrive earlier you can drop your bags off, they will have one room ready for us then. But we obviously will not be able to stay there once we have dropped our bags off, until like 2pm. I plan to be back by 4pm. If you are early then you can drop your bags off and Txt Lennon to see where he is.

And they will have our names. The only complication is that you are not part of our group. Lennon booked separately, but then we will straighten that out when we arrive, as he is coming with us, so you can still use our bag room if needed.

Well we may be all very tired, and finished shopping by then, and start heading back, will see how much shopping and energy there is after getting up at 4am. So just Txt Lennon before you arrive.

Um will chuck you in with snow for the moment. It's not entirely sorted yet. If Jozzle does not come then um maybe, um if you like rooming with cyren and me in a mixed room, ... ?

Will just chuck you on the list for the moment and then sort it out later.

Just please give me a little time/weeks? to confirm who is coming, who isn't, who is in what room, etc. As I said just treat the list at the moment as allowing me to see how many we have and what rooms we need to book.

Olli, this is My problem to work out, please don't over react we have all seen what drama ensues when everyone gets hyped up.

At the moment it's hard to change things without causing any more problems, cause lots of people have requests for people to room with. I think most people could live with changes, but reluctant to put some people in some rooms without checking first. Not a major issue for me, and shouldn't be for you. It just means the majority will have to be a little flexible. Esp. with only two or three guys going too.

Like I say there are no major problems. It is just easier to work out once I actually know who is going!

I do already know most that. It's not a problem, well it's part of it, but it will all work out in the end. Well you know what I mean. Just part of my job. Oh and thanks for leaving me to organize all this, Grrrr.

Sorry Olli. It's just that given what has happened recently I want to nip things in the bud. I mean we all seem to be getting along now. And while I don't want to be a dictator I am just trying to organize things for you guys. Just give me some time to work things out.

Updated again. Some limited reorganisation of the rooms to accommodate numbers as of 10:30 tonight.

Will start setting up an email list, will contact those who's email and/or full name I do not have yet. Will also spin off a couple of threads soon two. A Food one and a Karaoke one.

Is there an easy way to set up a disscussion list, ie anyone in the group can email an address and we all get it? Will try to keep such a list low volume, but keep those who don't log on regularly in the loop as we get closer to the time.
