Well I gathered that much - I was more wondering if it was a certain degree of formal at all?

Nothing stopping you going hard core :) But it is a big space and making it super formal would limit how many people come along and so it's either a few people in formal gear only or a few people in formal gear in a sea of people secretly wishing they'd gone all out and taking your photo lots of times ;)
