I thought Orihimie said she was going to grow and becoming stronger around the early stages of the HM arc? I went back to reading Bleach for the first time in ages last week and...the first thing I see is her screaming 'what do I do? Help me, Kurosaki-kun!'

I still love 'Classic' Bleach more....I'll re-read and watch everything up to the start of HM over and over again, but a good chunk of the later stuff I've found hard to stick with....and I miss all my fave characters.

I don't think this is a case of Hime being weak... In previous chapters we've seen that she's capable of being really determined and strong, and I'm feeling quite sympathetic for her. She's been really messed up by Ulquiorra and his mind games (making her feel guilty for 'choosing' to leave, telling her that her friends won't come and that they aren't really her friends anyway...

I'm also so proud of Ishida in these last few chapters. His feelings for Orhime are becoming much more evident ~~and I'm so torn between IchiHime and IshiHime now. I LOVE THEM BOTH.~~ He's really been made of awesome. *nodnod*

Oh crap. That's right. Sorry got really terrible/shocking memory, plus only read updated Bleach chapters at random, really shouldn't/ but haven't really gotten much into Bleach until now, these newest chapters have triggered a liking to the manga.. :]

Yeah understand now what she must be going though, and is a fan of Orihime too.

Wow... Just read 351... One of the fastest fights in Bleach ever! (Considering it's the main character and one of the most built up antagonists in the whole damn series)

I have to say it's a refreshing change of pace/amusing when the uber-bad guy is having his 'rar rar you haven't even seen my true power, here's another amazing attack I have' moment and instead just gets casually steamrolled.
