| Having two stubborn friends makes it hilarious xDDD. But you need to get pocky that isn't broken. We paid $5 for a broken packet of pocky ;__; And then $1 for a box of Pepero xD. (Korean version of Pocky, exactly the same thing, but cheaper.) |

| Pepero can be so much nicer. Pocky is expensive and overrated =/ |

| It is. Pepero is rediculously cheap, you get more and it's thicker and tastes the same. I support. I also like other Korean snacks too xD. Like those Whale Food cracker-like things <3. |

| Lucky. My sister has one around the corner from her flat D; Not that she buys Korean food. She's also next door to Gordon Harris, the art shop that's really cool ;__; We bug our Korean friend to translate things for us xD. She hates it. Friend: "Hey, Gyusle, what's this?" Me: "It's chocolate sticks ..." Friend: "Wow, really?!?! How do you know?" Me: "... It's been translated on the price tag ..." |

| soo~ I've been looking at overseas cons to see what they do for events over there, and have been stealing some ideas. 8D
These events sound ridiculously cool -
http://www.youmacon.com/events.php#shougi
We can't do all of them, but some would work particularly well, especially name that anime tune.
and yes, definitely algorithm march next time. 8D |

I'm always so amused with the amount of stuff they can include in American cons. |

Re: Cosplay Events brainstorm By Guest. 02/11/08, 01:48 am |
| I had this crazy idea as I was walking through a freaking STORM to go to a party last night. Cosplay Yu-Gi-Oh/M:TG fusion thingy. Similar sort of vein to cosplay chess, except less peices on the board at any one time and easier for each "peice" to get involved. I've read some criticism of chess that unless you have scripted and/or really good controllers, lots of peices dont get a look in. Plus, think of the bad catch-phrases! |
