| Alright! I am here!
Very sorry everyone about the lack of posting and activity from me, it is shocking I know. I have finally finished with exams now though! Yay! However I still lack a personal computer... so will still not be able to post all that often.
As for my argument against creature I will continue that as soon as I can and want to let people know that I have not given up on that one, simply been preoccupied.
And re: P Layton. I don't really see you as very scummy, just being silly with your defense. When you are under an attack like this it is important to get (almost) everything out on the table at once. If you keep bringing out new little bits of 'evidence' it makes it look like you are simply manufacturing it as the need for it becomes more apparent. Jus' sayin. |

| Okay, PP.
But my point is that PM paraphrase is useless, so I did not put anything extra on the table - my 'PM paraphrase' is what I know of Vanille. It's got nothing to do with my role PM; I did not put anything extra on the table.
Hope you get a personal computer again sometime soon |

| Actually flavour can be used to back up a more weak claim, such as a vanilla. The mannerisms of the flavour, possibly the mention of something which is also mentioned in someone else’s PM. Yes it can be faked, but it is yet another element mafia could be tripped up on.

| Yes. Okay, I agree with the 'something which is also mentioned in someone else's PM', but the not the 'mannerisms of the flavour'. You're not allowed to directly quote your PM, so the PM mannerisms are very probably lost in your paraphrasing. |

| P-Layton, I am actually beginning to find you suspicious.
This is a game modded by sgb. The description you paraphrased sounded like a Wikipedia article, and nothing like what sgb wrote. I can say right now that my PM was far, far more insulting (in the wonderfully hilarious sgb way, I laughed) than "a sweet kid with a dark secret".
Especially consider throwing Vanille an insult is so easy, it's practically shooting a baby in a barrel or taking a lolly from a fish.
What you described is just too clean for me to believe, especially for someone who's not theme literate enough to have previous knowledge to have an opinion outside of what a PM or a wiki page could say.
Unvote PP Vote P-Layton
I am still eyeing up PP, he is just less suspicious to me in comparison now.

| To be honest, I'm most suspicious of Creature - mainly for his tenacious will to vote me off, but he said that's just his playstyle, so that's kind of explained. Of course I've only got his word on this, but I believe him - and... uh... no one else, really.
MM: Where are you? Have you got nothing to say? Any suspicions? Sel: Have you read my last few posts? Anything strike you...? PP: Anything new and/or more on Creature? Creature: Are you really going to keep your vote on me? RMD: Still suspicious of me? Fair enough. Got anything to add? Anyone else strike you as scummy? Zeo: Anything to add? Suspicions? Everyone I might've missed: Where are you? |

@Selphiroth I never once said I was a them illiterate, and that's because I'm not. I've played the game quite far (haven't finished it yet, though ;;), far enough, at least, to know that Vanille is a sweet kid with a dark secret. So what gave you the idea that I was theme illiterate? |

Exams are done so fun time for a while. P-Layton, you're sus as all hell, but I'm also aware of there being no other reason to vote off a person who claimed a major(?) town character and didn't get counter-claimed. Hrmm. I want to know who creature is.

I am in Christchurch where there are Quakes and Armageddon.
There hasn't really been much to say and I didn't have the time to stir things up again.
Loads of suspicions! However no real evidence + no time to dig for evidence.= Bla. So like I have said RainbowMoonDust is still my main suspicion, but I want to give myself some time to see what I can dig up on everyone else before I spend all my time repeating myself about her.

| Yeah. I'm frustrated with the running around circles with P-Layton.
P-Layton, it's true that you haven't explicitly stated that you are theme illiterate, I took the subconscious cue when you said to wikipedia it up.
Having said that, I'm still not bought that our role PMs would differ that vastly in style. I do admit that I am less sure now that no one counter claimed, though we are also not the most active bunch of Mafia players.
What is it about FF mafia and Christchurch earthquakes anyway? |

Re: final fantasy xiii mafia [n3] By P-Layton. 05/07/11, 04:15 am |
| But look here, I said I knew nothing about my role PM, right? What I said had nothing to do with my role PM - the only similarities is that it talks about Vanille. I don't remember my role PM. At all. And to top it off, I lost it. So that's why it differs.
That explains my role PM. Also, as I've stated, claiming Vanille as Mafia would be a little silly. Second, I knew of being the first of voting Rengen merely because it says and because I was rather proud of being the first to vote Mafia - as misplaced as it was. Creature's reason for voting me for being aware of being the first voting Rengen is silly. Doesn't make an ounce of sense.
I'm sure I've said this all before, but I thought I'd reiterate it... Probably because I've nothing else to say.
So unvote Selphiroth Vote Creature
You're being far too set on voting me. It's kind of suspicious, even after I've come up with a valid reason for your main reason for voting me - the Rengen thing. Also, you were one of the last to vote Rengen... Perhaps because you're Mafia buddies? |

Re: final fantasy xiii mafia [n3] By Madam Madhatter. 05/07/11, 12:06 pm |
| Right. I've finally had time to read back through and RainbowMoonDust is STILL my top suspect.
Vote RainbowMoonDust
Here are my reasons. (I am being lazy and just posting from my notes. If anything is unclear feel free to ask me to clarify /provide examples.)
RainbowMoonDust: Mafia: -WishyWashy voting - XOrengenOX attempting to distance herself from RMD?
- XOrengenOX wrote:
- I can say RMD has kinda set off my gut, but I don't tend to trust my gut feelings in this game. As for the other two, not so much. MM's not said much and Sel's being the smarty she usually is in mafia.
Anything in particular that's making you sus? Or just feelings? -Mis-quoting and selective quoting. -Deliberately avoiding questions. -Always in the middle of a bandwagon –admits this is deliberate. -attempting to throw suspicion onto someone else. (Me then P-Layton)
Extra: -Strange statement when unlynching Peter, think it over rather than wait for a counter. -Either honestly mis-understanding me or attempting to twist what I say/ use misunderstanding as a excuse to try and look less suspicious. - Jumpy, over defencesive, OMGUS attacking back at anyone suspicious of her (her reasonably typical play-style)
My second suspect is P-Layton.
P-Layton Mafia: -Used being first to lynch OXrengenXO as a reason for being town. First to lynch but didn’t lead the banwaggon –rather set the ball rolling. -WIFOM -Could be a fake claim (inactivity) -Admitted to faking flavour
- P-Layton wrote:
I wasn't paraphrasing what it says in the PM - I don't remember it after all - I'm just saying what I know about Vanille.
(p29)
Town: -Vanille is almost definitely in the game.
Extra; -Seems to be trying to cosy up to me. –inexperience or scum? -Starting suspicion was set by RMD when I was leading a lynch against her. She accused us of being mafia together- I know she is wrong. -Mis-spelt Vanille. Could be done on purpose, wasn’t copied from wikipedia or role PM - - Phlaming Phoenix- wrote:
- The problem I have with lynching P Layton is that it is very difficult to tell sometimes whether the player is too inexperienced to see something as a scumtell and so does it as a town player without realizing how it makes him look to the rest of town, or if they are scum and are just being silly.
-Claimed with 3/6 votes and deadline a day away.

Re: final fantasy xiii mafia [n3] By P-Layton. 05/07/11, 12:56 pm |
| I wasn't admitting to fake flavour - I was admitting to not paraphrasing my role PM. I know I'm Vanille and vanilla, and that's where it ends. Anything else from my role PM I do not remember. Also, for the 'seems to be trying to cosy up to me. - inexperience or scum?', the answer is inexperience. I've played only one forum Mafia game prior to this one, and I'm not very good at it yet. It's quite a bit different to MSN Mafia... Also, when did I misspell Vanille? |

| You said you were posting what you knew about Vanille not paraphrasing your PM. But you had posted it as if (and in reply) to it being your flavour.
Learn then. Watch everyone. Don't trust anyone. People are either more-likely scum, or less-likely scum, they are only not-scum when they are dead (or mod confirmed but them I personally put as very-unlikely scum).
