Going to change the thread title tag to [competing] but people can sign up any time if they think they still have enough time (I also accept requests for extensions in much the same way as teachers at my school; without asking what your excuse was for not doing it on time, because I half-know the answer starts with face and ends with book and has 'procrastination' or 'forgot' between).

I've refrained from asking people to list their medium & car choice when they professed interest to prevent new sign ups from avoiding using the same car, but interested to hear what people are planning & how progress is going, if they want to share. There is no ulterior motive here re: keeping the thread bumped to remind people / incite more interest, cross my heart.

Personally considering an elegant 1950s ballgown in grey vinyl or faux leather for the Veilside if I have money & time or a story about a craggy veteran exorcist in a tatty leather jacket based on this old abandoned pony car (classic Mustang: he may not do it as efficiently or faultlessly as a newer model, but he's cooler, also some extended metaphor about worn out valves of a classic engine / broke heart ) if my lazy & broke show.

Could always suggest the concept to the mods for a monthly challenge? Sorry folks who did do work, but judging between two or three people seems a bit pointless.
