Fun cause it was awesome seeing my old friends and meeting new ones
and sad cause its over ;-;
and even though I get to see everyone in 3 months it still feeeeeeeeeeeeels so long away... that and two friends will move away in November so its the second to last time I'll see them AHHHHHHHH

I knew it was gonna be fun, but it was even better =3
It was so cool to go around the stalls and see so many amazing art works and figures ^^
And just hanging around talking

and then the dance (both practice and the performance)
they were so so so much fun xD
SUCH A BIG THANK YOU to kagerouhi for organising them =D
and to everyone who was in them.

Lol one of the coolest memories was us practicing the lucky star in front of the elevator and it opens and those wtf looks those people in the elevator gave us hahahahah.

heh, and then there were those people who got the wrong floor, and wanted to get to their rooms...

Uhm. Best memories..? don't know. Seeing everyone and doing the dances and dumping bags of lollies on Tammy. (diabetes? >>;; ) And uhm. Cheap stuff? :3

AND YES. I want Armageddon now. >3<

edit - by the way, did everyone get good and safe flights? You know, because of the storm and everything >_<

Favourite memory.... umumum.... photo booth smoothie? You know, when you mash everyone together in a small place and hit the ~~blend~~ OK button to get a ~~cosplayer smoothie~~ photo.

Or um. Get Smart was hilarious?

Or maybe......... Free stuff? Or rearranging my notice board after getting awesome artz? Or um. Death Note movie after DO at my house? Or...... um. Forcing the inappropriate stuff onto Jen? And then her conveniently leaving it behind?

Oror. Talking about organising for a CNZ Table next year to sell Cosplay Accessories, Plushies and Art. (They say in registration form that they don't want things other than art and manga but......... I figure we could get extra special treatment as the Official NZ Cosplay Society and a growing organisation.)

Best part was randomly running into Reno at the train station. Duncan, Aimee and Tania felt awkward. I felt completely at home xD

Then the Organization/Turks lunch on Saturday up at the metro. Some of us got blue slushie because it was the closest we could get to Sea Salt Icecream xD

It was also fun staying up till 4am, then waking up at 7 feeling like we had no sleep lol, but we surivived the day!
~ Duckduck picking up a umbrella (that was missing the um... fabric party thingy?)
~ That freaky "GIVEMETHATTEDDYBEAR" guy who followed us and got upset over Ducks eyepatch oO
~ Duckduck and I running to Keysha's stall to sing "GO NINJA GO"
~ actually on that topic, trying think of random things we could do while we waited for the other laptop for lucky star... lol
~ the horse racing game ^^;
~ yes yes! Photobooth smoothie, that was so fun xD

Well I agree, it was fun - and sad at the same time :)

Making new friends was awesome, but being refused sales for no obvious reason and being called 'ew now you're stuck in there with that...thing' by Duckeh was...odd lol

I got interviewed for Asia Pacific (and they'd filmed me reading yaoi manga while I didn't realise - let's see me explain that one to other people...)

But all in all - a good day, I had fun, though I doubt I'll ever cosplay again. It didn't seem to go as well as I'd hoped, despite all my effort.

Yeah, there was a stall holder that kept giving me an awful look every time I went past - then when I tried to buy a print off them, they said, very rudely, that all the ones of that type were sold (despite the fact that I later saw them selling the same prints to other people...). Ahhh, if they're that biased just based on what you were wearing it's probably worth steering clear of them anyway. On the upside cosplayers are ALOT more open to people wearing weird outfits. Plus if you keep cosplaying it gives me another person to stalk. (politely, with a camera Razz

) :)

Dont worry, we are all a bit strange on here, and you are British after all, so it is kinda expected...
dont worry, once we get you talking proper English, you could even end up almost as normal as duckeh...

and we can all drool and stare evilly at the fucknuggets... I wonder how long before they call security...

What table was it? >> It was really unfortunate you had such a disheartening and petty encounter for your first time cosplaying. I must admit, I was a little put off by some artists sale-techniques, but on the whole they were very good.

Please don't let this discourage you from cosplay - it really is a great experience. :) Just try giving it another chance, and don't take any crap from idiots. Out of curiosity, who were you cosplaying as?

The only reason I recognized you was the accent. Bit of a dead giveaway really.

And don't worry, I guess it's a normal kind of response to be on the quiet side the first time you meet ppl from teh intarwebs. I know I was when I first met people off here (which really wasnt all that long ago XD). You'll loosen up as you begin to absorb the madness.

Best memories? 8D

- Meeting people and staring at pretty art! I now know what people look like. ~~Now I just need to know where you all live.~~

- Cosplaying for the first time and people actually knowing who I was. I swear I was expecting people to be all "What's a Lambo?" xD

- Counting "wtf?" stares that Tifa and I received while we were at the Westfield Shopping Centre for Lunch. We managed to get 113 before we got too lazy to count.

- While we were leaving, my friend and I jumped into an elevator with these other people and one of the guys tried to close the door, but pressed the wrong button and then the wall behind us started opening. I thought we were going to die O-O

The weirdest memory would be while we were walking down Queen St, and some random perverted guy yanked on Tifa's buttcape thing. He said something to her but it sounded like "jflkajfd;lkajfHAAHEEEE" and then he walked off but kept looking back at her D8
