In other news, I adjusted/fixed Estelle's petal dress! I am so much happier with it now, it's got a proper-ish waist liney thing, and I added more darts to the back so it fits better. :)

*sobs* unpicking and then realignment, then cutting and more sewing to make the edge circumferences fit... then sewing the pieces together, then hand sewing to close the ends off... where did my 3 hours go. sad

See if you can spot the difference! Maybe a bit hard with these photos.

I was holding the shoulder armor on. I need to attach them. I'm also thinking I'll remake the shoulder belts so they're longer and aren't covered so much by the shoulder armor. I also need to secure the belt around my thigh so it doesn't always fall down. And buy some gloves. And then it's done. =3
It's a pity the picture doesn't include my knees and ankles, cos they turned out amazing. ^^ OH! I also need to make some suspendery type things to keep my pants up, cos the knee armor is heavy and pulls them down and makes it look retarded. XD

@kyoko OMFG HAO GLOVES. I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM. xDDD I can't wait to see it completed. <333333333333

Some of my progress so far (because Shannon is a fgt and doesn't have twitter anymore):

They're a darker green in real life (darn flash), and still need to be cleaned up around the edges. Once the gloves are put together with the rest of the gauntlet (which can be seen in the background!) they won't look so much like dishwashing gloves orz

@Icarus: Cain had arrows on both his collars - about 10 all up, but Empire!Abel had none ;) Then again, Abel certainly made up for that in other ways, believe you me orz

Caterina's midway between Cain and Alec for arrows... she has 20 all up: 12 on the hat, and 4 on each side of her robes. 8D;; I still need to get to making those...

(psst, Trinity Blood artbook cosplayers-- we totally need to do a mass TB photoshoot someday! Between everyone we've got like all of the major cast, especially if we drag Alex and Jess into it-- then it'd be like Abel (x2), Cain, Seth, Alessandro, Caterina and Esther, yeah? The only really important characters we don't have are Lilith, Tres and Ion.)
