Do we have a confirmed time for when the dinner starts and when you want helpers to come for set up? (or if it's limited to helpers? I have a couple of stragglers they'll be sticking with me the whole day, lock 'em in the closet till opening..? 8D)

Okay Timetable wise, I have this as my draft plan but I need to check with the
venue:

4.45pm- Arrival and Setup

5.30- Optional Outdoor photoshoot (need to check with Static)

6.15-6.45pm Mix and Mingle Activities; Indoor Photo Opportunities (IC start)

7.00pm- Session1:
-Speeches
-Explaination of Rules (OOC)
-Breakout sessions
-Reporting

8.00pm- Dinner (OOC for dinner)

9.00pm ish- Session2:
-Speeches
-Discussion
-Accusations

9.45pm- Voting and Revelation
10pm- Award for Detective of The Year, Debrief and Epilogue

10.00pm-ish-Midnight- Dancing!!!

Midnight-ish: Close

I need to sort out accomodation.
Was supposed to be flying down for a wedding, but the wedding date was changed, so now, I have no parents to pay for a nice hotel or flights</3

Does anyone know of cheap accomodation thats close to the MMD venue?

Absolutely! There's a room inside, called "the Snug" which has a granfather clock and some nice pieces there for the indoor photos. I was thinking of incorporating your photos in with the mix n mingle time, which is why I have the "Indoor Photo Opportunities" from 6.15-6.45, except this will be In-Character. @Re-l and Rayjin and anyone who needs help with accomodation- just PM me your arrival time, and I can arrange something with the place I'm staying at (Fitzherbert Castle Motel- close to the city). I can pay, and you can pay me back later if needs be, as I wouldn't want you to miss out, just because of accomodation. I will rope you in to helping with the set-up though! Oh, and help me colour my hair white, beforehand.
