Is this blue or purple? Please help!

Very quickly need advice!

I bought purple material for Bernkastel's bow...but now looking at other cosplayers and such, everyone does her bow BLUE. I'm making the cosplay tonight (needing it for tomorrow) and I'm not sure if I should make her bows blue or purple!

So, blue or purple?! Sounds like a silly question, but I really can't choose.

(And I have blue material I can work with too, sky and baby blue)

It looks purple in that picture, but blue in the one in your siggy. So just whatever you want to use. Both would work well

The Umineko anime Bernkastel is purple.
The Umineko VN Bernkastel is blue.
Since you've been working on the anime version of Bern, I'd say stick with your anime version - purple. :)
But that's my opinion xD

Periwinkle? Well my options are baby blue and lavender....hmmm. I'm making the skirt right now, so in about half an hour I'll be blankly staring at my material trying to choose. Sigh. Leaning more towards the lavender though~

It is so a light blueish purple. So guessing Cacti is right.

I'd go with the purple as the closer colour.

Edit lavender sounds good.

I think out of baby blue and lavender, lavender would be best. Imo anyway :)

Thanks for the advice guys, I went with lavender and it matched my wig, hehe.
