Near pants?

Right, CNZers. Most of you know I can't sew very well, I buy most of my cosplays.
I'm planning onto cosplay Near from Death Note, I've gotten the shirt for him, but does anyone know where I can get his pants? Near pants? 974377

So as you can see it's like... White pants that's made out of rough...White fabric material? Like, formal-men-shirt-sort-of-material?

I bought my Near pants from Savemart, they had quite a few there :)
Otherwise, op shops would be likely to have some if you look around
