CCC Upcoming Events! (None - on hiatus)

Club Events:
~There will be one official club event each month.
~Please keep thread creating for only the organisers and moderators, of course discussion is fine and totally encouraged!
~Main details of the current event (upcoming this month) will be stickied and the title coloured red.
~The titles of each thread will be "Month - acronym of event - thread title" example: "Oct - HCCP - Games Thread." "Oct - HCCP - Food" "Sept - ESCCP - Cosplay Chess" etc
~We will try to have only a couple of events being organised and planned at the same time, to prevent confusion and clutter.

Rules for creating Club events:
~Anyone can create/organise a Club Event as long as they have the approval from a CCC mod.
~CCC mods have the right to accept/deny/change and advise, in all aspects of the events organisation.
~All money left over from any event (no matter who organizes it), will be put towards the next CCC event.

Well cause this was former EJwhatever its called.
Which btw guys, all threads that were in EJ, aren't deleted! NO NEVER.
They have been moved to either past Events and/or past Planning. Each one starts with [EJ09]

It probably will be moved so its under CCC, because I do know many of CCC member's only post in CCC and may miss this sub-forum entirely.
We're just trialing it at the moment ^^

How about we add a calendar to this as well, so we can mark out what months have events planned for them and so forth?
