SEPT: ESCCP - Early Spring Christmas Cosplay Party

This is the general discussion and info thread.

Info:
What: Early Spring Christmas Cosplay Party
Date: 5th September
Time: 7-11pm (organisers and decorators 6pm)
Where: Oxford Terrace Baptist Church
Cosplay: So cosplay can be Spring and/or Christmas themed, BUT, as always you don't have to theme it, you dont even have to cosplay at all. ^^
What to bring:
~ A $2 or so wrapped present (for the present game)
~ $3 admission, its money for the Church and do go towards snack/drinks
~ AND money for Pizza
Foods: the plan will be Pizza (as that won the poll vote,) so if you are wanting pizza bring pizza money. If you dont want pizza you may have to have dinner at home, we will bring a couple of snacks though. =3

I can bring my TV for watching christmas related stuff on, who's up for the Love Hina christmas special?

Also i can bring guitar hero, if people aren't sick of it yet!

Maybe people should post what decorations they can bring?
I will bring my fibreobtic christmas tree again, and a set of fairy lights, along with a bag of tinsle and stuff.

Also can we do the human christmas tree again? Because that was awesome.

Oh man, I sooo want to be in control of a cosplaying army. Strictly for. . . intellectual pursuits such as chess of course *cough cough* but seriously. That would be so epic, I wouldn't even have to move to move the pieces (least I hope I wouldn't. . *imagines trying to pick up and move someone like Will* *phails epically* orz @______@)

If we get desperate for decorations I have a bag or two of christmas decorations in the cupboard of my house. . .err. . not that I'll even be able to find the cupboard in my own house as my family will have moved house by the time I come back lolll

What's that game where you have to pull a situation/item/whatever out of a hat and then mime it? Charades? I've had many epic times playing that with large groups of people so it could be fun XD

Note:
If you are wanting to decorate you won't have A LOT OF TIME.

There is a group in the church until 5pm so there EARLIEST we can get in is probably 5.30pm (and from there you can choose a starting time)

p.s I second the human christmas tree!

I said at least 3. John (the bearded one), Wookie (Gambit) and Myself (One of the suited ones) will be there. Brandon (the other one) works a lot so it was rare that he was able to make it to things like this.

I'll discuss this at Saturday's meeting and let you folks know on the outcome.

Asides from that, anything you wanted us to bring?

Other than that bringing yourselves is the best thing to bring ^_^
