Let's do away with the usual thread names

I'm new, yup. Completely and utterly new to the whole game. Anime, cartoons, games, everything. Well, maybe not Legend of Zelda. That's the first game I got in to. =P

Anyway. I went to the Christchurch Armageddon Expo yesterday, dressed as Rikku from Final Fantasy X-2. Haven't played the game, but everybody tells me that my costume was pretty good.

It was my first costume I'd worn for anything, really. I had a week to made it, cos I only decided to go as Rikku the weekend before the Expo. xDD;; It was rough and such, but doesn't matter.

SO! I'm a complete n00b, so fear me. =P I hear you're a friendly bunch. =D

Ohhh its a n00b....Nah Welcome to Cnz!!!!


I'm Itachi and yes we are all a friendly bunch that people should fear us!!!!! Anyway glad to hear you joined us.

Don't worry my first cosplay was last year at Auckageddon and i was then named Itachi!!!! or Oniisama from people older than me XD.

Anyway Anime, cartoons, games, manga, Asian stuff and everything else is what we are all into and we all enjoy doing that stuff. So don't worry and welcome Leafums to CNZ!!!

I've played Ocarina of Time, never finished Twilight Princess. Found out what happens and sorta lost interest.
Haven't played FFX. Only played VII and half of VIII.

Lol a week of finger pricking, hand slicing work, yep. I don't own a sewing machine, but thankfully there wasn't all that much to sew. xD;; It was a miracle I found the yellow bra, so that saved some extra sewing. Thanks for the compliment. <33 And the welcome. =DD

xDDD I wasn't aware that so many people loved my costume.. =D Makes me
heaps happy! I intend to do it up, make it look better, do up all the
rough edges and whatnot. I just need money, and a sewing machine. =O

Dirge has weird controls. I'm really not used to shooter games.. xD;; I definitely prefer Zelda over Shooter, get in there and slice up opponents. =D
But yes. The FFVII games are awesome. =P Sephiroth = complete win.

Lawl Leafums. I'unno whether I want to be known as Rikku, my first cosplay, or Leafums, which is my internet-wide-known name......... Such a dilemma!!!
I've seen the ending of Twilight Princess.. I'unno. It just doesn't have the pull to it that makes me want to crank out my Wii and play it, y'know?

Lol I wana play FFX and such, but my friend is making me play them all in order, starting from VII. -Shrug-
I really should play X-2, though, so I know what Rikku is like and stuff.

Amazing that she's not played Zelda. Zelda is almost as renown as Final Fantasy! xDD
