Trust me he is unlikely to win, as near the end people figure they can't win their first choice, add up their points and see who else they want to meet that they can afford. On the other hand Maxi-me has bid 10 points x 32 people = 320 points less to bid with. But who knows. And no one can dump all their points on the last day.

can you use you sway points on so one who hasnt bid on you
e.g. creature uses 15 sway points on cryen who hasnt bid on him and have cyren in the the lead now instead of maxi

or can sway points only effect those who have actual bids placed on you?

and can you bid on yourself ? (pointless I know but also lol -ish in a way)

It strikes me as unlikely that you should be able to win an auction you didn't bid in, and it would serve as way to force someone who opted-out into a date with you. I'd say no.

which one happened the illusion of bidding or self bidding?

both seem to be on the same level as bidding on people you dont intend to win just to put the price up

Mmm, well, I guess you could blow your 150 sway points on someone who hasnt bid on you, but 150 points isnt very much, and I suspect this would be a rather pointless move.
I will not say no yet, rather Ill wait until I see some abuse that lacks amusement of this very small loophole.
You must also keep in mind that as the person up for auction, you are somewhat obligated to indulge upon the date. The person bidding on you is assumed to want you, so trying to force someone is kinda silly as they are under no obligation to actually honor the agreement.
You can try and force someones hand, but if they tell you to pike it, then you get the runner up Razz

That said, JP does have a track of who is using sway points as well as normal points, so if you are actually bidding on someone, and you win them, dont think we are going to let you off Razz

Bidding on your self is also rather silly, so no, that is in the rules - couple of lines from the top.
