[ACB10] Calling for help~! :3

Does anyone have any relations to to the following-

A sound system guy. {I'm sure that's their professional names. C:}
A lighting guy. {Again.}
A dance troupe.
Any bands/musicians who are keen to play for an audience.

Or just anything that could come in handy for ACB! C:

Before roughly budgeting I supposed that I might as well check if we could get any mates rates for anything. //shot.

Also, you guys better be keen for my awesome fundraising, as we're moving into a more expensive location and they're not providing as much as the last one. orz

I will officially announce and start actual threads on the event and mini-event once we've signed the contract for the venue. {which will be next tuesday hopefully.}

Anyway, this year is looking to be much better all around! So stay tuned!

Awesome! Sorry, I don't have any of those kinda contacts, but can lend moral support. Is it going to be on the same night as DO again?
I'm really keen on coming, but need months of notice beforehand to get the time off work, book flights etc.

I might know a lighting guy, he's only 18 but gets hired for professional stuff quite a lot. He's my sisters friend though, and I think they just had a huge fight so I guess it depends if they make up :/

Also, I could see if my brother is keen/available to perform if you want (he is a dancer but also does music under the name Sky Bear).

I'll talk to my mate at school and see if I can't call in a leaver from last year. We were sound techinicians together last year so I may be able to get a number for you for a sound techy

Clinton or David would be able to give advice on that sort of thing. We hire out a sound system but I don't know where from, but I'll ask Monday if I can get a contact for that.

My friends brother is in a band. but i'm sure what type of music or anything. i think the band is called kings of zion. ( not kings on leon ^^)

On what I'm looking for in music, a variety, I don't honestly think I can appeal to everyone. So if you can dance to it, then I'm interested to learn more. The proper ballroom music will be played off a laptop around acts and when it's part of a mini-event. And I'm not exactly going to follow a band act with ballroom straight away, so there will be a little wind-down and restart in appropriate places to not make it seem so awkward.

I'll be there! I'll be up for DO, and am quite looking forward to thees. I can bring my lights up again, too - Tammy, do you maybe want to take it in turns shooting with the lights setup?

...duckeh. I should have a pole by this point. I think an afterball with pole fun is an AWESOME idea.
