Also guys if you can't get an outfit together in time that doesn't mean you have too miss out, cosplay is just highly encouraged.

Exactly what Zage says.
While being in cosplay would be great, its not necessary if you cannot get one done in time - No stress! It would just be awesome if you did come in cosplay C: Since the picnic IS about cosplay.

Thats a very close minded way of cosplaying.
I would prefer if people didn't do it just like that.
Even with closet cosplay, it should have some thought put into it.

I won't be able to come into the city afterwards snice i'm staying with my nana and popa but i'm gonig to be in auckland for a couple more days afterwards so we gotta hangout :).
But if it's raining wouldn't we already be in town?
and it ends at 4-5 what time are most people leaving?

At 4-5? Generally you leave when something finishes, don't you...? sweatdrop

I assume the hour gap leaves contingency time for people who need to take public transport home, etc., so basically whenever you're able to leave during that time.
