If you have any questions about the picnic, please ask them here.

In answer to the city raiding - We are NOT organising this. If you wish to go to the city after the picnic in your cosplay, go right ahead :3 We are only going to the city if it rains on the day.

In a case if it is forecasted to rain on the 30th of January, ~~it is possible to move to Auckland Uni grounds~~. Please PM me your mobile numbers (021 preferably) to let you know what will happen on the day.

If it rains. IT MIGHT NOT HAPPEN |: Give me your numbers so I can mass text the status of the picnic.

We're still deciding on where the picnic will be held so keep checking back.
As for the case of if it rains... well... I might have to call it off and either postpone it to a later date or completely skip this year.

Museum facilities:

North Entrance: enter through the revolving door turn right walk and turn right again and there will be a door with disabled on it these toilets are accessible by everyone.

South Entrance: from the Atrium entrance following the red carpet to the right hand side of the atrium there is a gap between the 1st gallery and the atrium. inside that gap is disbled toilet and a ladies, mens toilets. these toilets are generally for the museum patrons but the Customer Hosts should be able to direct you without query.

these are accessible without having to go into the museum (with out being forced to pay the suggested donation of $5)

thought i would put this up. since the question was raised.

@Rolly: There is a block of toilets just across from the ACP venue Very Happy

We'll be pointing them out to everyone at the beginning of the picnic.
