Okay, so it's like... a semi-unrelated photo, but [here's] a photo from that photoshoot (I can't get it to turn upright for the life of me), taken in the area behind the playground. Behold the grassy plains stretched out yonder... will it work? (Also, no electricity for use. We're going budget! OTL)

I think we should go for it. If we get everyone to meet at the carter observatory we can walk down? As for electricity, I have a CD player that can run on batteries? It's not amazingly loud but it could work for caramelll dansen/hare hare yukai/LULZ if we really need it?

Okay hold it right there for a sec. I'm asking my mum if this is okay first, using the area behind the playground like that.

Also, because we're just all great big kids, I know we'll want to take over the playground BUT we absolutely cannot do this. The playground is the area for the actual kids, not the ones wearing (semi) grown-up skins (and costumes). This part is key.

Also, I just checked the WOTZON site for Civic Square and there's nothing on there on the 23rd. I know there's limited grass and it's huge, but would we also consider that for a venue change perhaps?

Ideally, I would personally like to keep the date ~~and the venue too dernit~~ and move it somewhere nearby. Civic Square even maybe? There's not a lot of grass there like in a regular park, but...
