I'm cutting the threads at around 70(ish) cm and then I just keep knotting till I get to the end... If people really need to make them shorter thay can just undo one end :3

xD lol yeah. My wrist is hella skinny because of my constant wearing of my watch on one wrist and my medic alert on the other. I was estimating around the bony part though, should've been more clear ahahah ;;

Well I started wih threads about 40cm long... and I couldn't get the bracelet around my wrist SOOO.. I'm going a little longer just to be on the safe side :3 ((plus I quite like loose bracelets~))

You need plenty of length if you're knotting. It eats up a lot of the thread. (About a third of the length goes with braiding as well, so don't cut too short.)
I made mine oversize, just to be on the safe side. Also, people might like to use them as anklets instead.

@Cierafire So you're catching the train from Upper Hutt? *is confused about how you could miss a later train* The train I'm talking about gets to Silverstream at 8:39 and pulls in to Wellington at around 9:15. (Because there is no physics way I'm catching a train into Wellington at 8 in the morning on a SATURDAY.)
