Okay cool thanks! The reason I asked is we dont want to hold an official meeting in the middle of exam week/s =P

I have some photos of yesterday to put up soon, and if I can figure out how to convert VRO to AVI video footage as well.

just a suggestion, but do you think it'd be nice to have a karaoke session as one of our cosplay meet ups? or would it be too boring and waste of time lol

um what was I gonna say, oh yeah.
Good idea, though, I dont know if we'd have enough people interested to make it as whole event. We have what 30+ members in the club ^^
Maybe if we did it with something... like if we had a cosplay-anime screening + karaoke. Also where would we do it?
Actually if we did that 28th thing, we could probably include karaoke in it as well.

hm... just pondering over all the ideas. What if we do a mid winter christmas party (or something like that)
then its not specifically a ball but theres still space for it. Then we could do more pass-the-parcels lol!

karaoke... is that like REAL karaoke or like SING STAR karaoke?

yeah we could do that, Ima gonna ring round some places tomorrow to see the price range of halls. Unless we do it at someones house which I dont know if we can Oo;

Yeah, I think a hall would be better, that way we can run around mwhaha as long as we can find something around $5 per person.

well send out an email and ask when people can come. then pick a day that suits most people ^_^ (oh and on rivens behalf mid july sounds AWESOME)

What about the Papanui Hall that is usually held for weddings ? That place has a pretty big hall....I don't think It's too strict or posh on clothing and foot-wear either...
