IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE BOOK, YOU MUST SIGN THIS. That means being over 18. I will sort out an under-18 form when I have time! Either sign the form and bring it with you, if you trust me ( Razz

) or I'll chase you later on. I'm not going to chase that hard though, I don't have time; so be warned. No form, no prestige-of-being-in-book.

Hey all! As most of you know, I'm a rabid drooling photographer, and am working on a book to be published around August next year. There are some details on the book in this thread here: https://cosplaynewzealand.forumotion.com/photography-f20/cosplay-book-photoshoot-anyone-t6018.htm

Anyway! I know it's early, but is anybody keen for a photoshoot at 'Geddon next year? I'll only be shooting on the Saturday, though I *might* be in town on friday and available for shooting. As with all my photos, they go up to my gallery ( http://gallery.little-noise.com ) and you can see them there before I do anything with them Razz

I'll also be bringing the prototype book along with me for people to hav a looksie and see what the final will be like.

So for now, who's interested? Shoots will be fairly short this time around - 15min each. I found at Auckland that most shoots weren't taking all that long; what chews up time is wandering from location to location. So, when you book your shoot, tell me (in addition to what time you'd prefer and how many of you there are) what kind of location you'd like. There are some awesome little alleys and grungy industrial places in the middle of town on Lichfield Street, but it's about ten minutes from the con. So if you want grunge, let me know in advance - I'll do you all in one block and then move somewhere else, and it will probably be quite early that I'll start - about 9am.

So um...yeah, I may still be working out some logistical details, lol! For now - who's keen? :3 Hypothetically, of course! Sunday I *might* do some shooting, but it will be limited, as I'm entering the comp and may not be in a good mood...high heels do that to me x____x

I might book one...
But I have to work out what exactly I'm cosplaying first.

Also, I just have to say this as it is near Lichfield Street. In an alleyway that runs parallel to Lichfield, just down from SoL Square, there is this AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS spiral staircase that I've wanted to take/see pictures of/be taken pictures of on it.

But chyeah.

@Rocky: that sounds AWESOME! The alley I'm thinking of is opposite the bus exchange, and down a bit - no staircase there, but how far is the one you're thinking of? Would it be possible to show me on a map, at all? *is planning order of locations*

I'll have to talk to Pyro and Shinrii about this before I confirm, but a photoshoot for our group could be pretty cool!

I think the cool little alleyways behind the bus exchange would suit us too!

Lol! Yeah, I'll definitely start super early on saturday...I also may need someone to help me out with holding a reflector and stuff. I usually get Jp to do it, but the Vault of Souls doesn't happen by itself, lol! Is anyone willing to help me out for part of the day? It won't be ALL the time; hopefully I can get a couple of people to do two or three shoots and then someone else come along.

If you still have a spot free, can I put in a place holder for the X-Men/Marvel group on Saturday? I don't know about any one else, but I'm DEFINITELY keen (level10 is handy with many things but a camera is not one of them), and lev10 probably will be too, as he is a massive camwhore. I'm gonna die if he reads this post

Oh, also, HELL NO I don't mind giving you a hand for a part of the day. As a make up artist, I am highly qualified to hold reflectors haha. Srsly, the amount of times... -_-

If you have a battery operated hair dryer I can even do the blowing in the wind hair if you need it. But, anyway, yes I'm definitely interested, Static.

Yeah, I'd love to get shots of people's comp pieces - time depending. If there's a big gathering I might just pick people off one by one, lol, and just get a few quick ones of whoever's keen.
