Added people to attendance list.

PREPAYMENTS
Added information for prepayments. In order to get in for $5 then you need to have prepaid by the 3rd of December. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled.

The first person to prepay from today onwards, will get the first pick of christmas anime photos to take home (those of you who were at halloween will know what I'm taking about).

POLL
As we are having a secret santa this year and it has been decided to do the present exchange at the christmas party, do we want to do the present game as well? Keep in mind that not everyone is doing the secret santa, so those not doing it would otherwise miss out.

UPDATES:

TO be clear: If you prepay for the event and then decide not to turn up, then there will not be a refund UNLESS the event is cancelled.

In planning an event like this, the days before the event, we look at how many people have prepaid and confirmed, and then use that to work out a budget and use what's left of that budget to pay for food, after hall hire and decorations have been taken out of it.

If you are prepaid, then we assume you are comming, and assume that we will need to supply enough food and beverage to feed X amount of people and spend that amount of money on food and refreshments.

The point of prepayments is that so event organizers (in this case me) know exactly how much they can afford to spend without overunning costs and the event costing the organizer money. If you have someone who at the last minute decides not to turn up to the event - it doesn't matter, their admission fee has already been spent based on the fact that they stated they were attending.

It's the same entry fee regardless if you stay the night, because the food cost doesn't go down if people aren't staying the night, nor does the hall hire charge ^_^
