I'm fine for any day unless it is a Sunday in which case I am out.

@Cloud: It's okay, we're nowhere near finalizing the date for this, it's just in the planning stages. We'll definitely make sure it's on a day that works for everyone. ^^

It's OK think that Aura picked 21st Nov for the Poll before the Disney Night date was changed..

Isn't Xmas in the park an evening thing? I don't think we'd be having a games day in the evening (getting lost/kidnapped anyone?).

I'm not sure about the disney night, but is that also during the day or is it something that is mainly afternoon/evening?

Okay, well Nov 28th was the leading date, we talked about holding this event 10-2pm, cause we're sure Christmas in the Park isn't until late in the aftenoon, so it gives people a chance go to home get changed and attend (if we're correct in thinking its late afternoon though lol.)
But anyway we (Midsummer and I) thought we could perhaps do this in Jan for National Cosplay Day instead.

So new poll again.

~ November 28th = 10-2pm (earlier due to Christmas in the park later that afternoon)
~ January 23rd = because its a Saturday
~ January 24th = its Sunday but it is National Cosplay Day
~ Another date (please specify in thread)

I can't really vote for january, seeing as I have no idea when I'd be working (if I'd be working on the sat - I know I couldn't make the sunday. Though um, yeah, I guess I'll just have to see closer to the time if I can make the saturdays (either 28th nov or in jan) - I may not even be able to make either of them sad

2) Would you mind donating a couple of dollars so we can buy a prize/s for the winning team? Not all all!
3) Any activites/games you would like to suggest? Stiff candles XD

Quiet month. There's just too much on in November + it is exam month as well.
So we'll just make the Christmas Party and National Cosplay Day double the fun! ^^
