Christchurch Cosplay Club

Okay I'll post the stuff here since its nothing to do with the first picnic now just the meetings of the club and yah.

At the moment were meeting every second Saturday.
The next meeting is the 14th, however I'm away in Australia for 12 days, and Dozy happens to be away in Hamilton.
So Wiing and Itachi are gonna organise a casual 'unofficial' meet up, in other words, meet up in town or go to movies or something.
Title: CCC's unofficial meet up The Second.
well not really, it just sounds funny, aka the second unofficial meet up

fyi,
official is just a fancy term of saying the meeting is organised a few weeks in advance, is a big event, an activity that everyone can attend, and also the time when we discuss the club, have little games/contests and give out mini prizes etc etc.
unofficial: just means its a smaller, casual meet up, just for some funs and photos

After that the next meeting will be the 28th and will be the clubs second 'official' meeting.
Then 12th of July will be the next one, and it could be the Mid-Winter Christmas party.

I'm still yet to send out a email to everyone, I'd rather wait and send out all the information at the same time, then send a few emails cause I forgot or didn't have all the information to put something in.

Yes and im thinking a mall and maybe just hang out, take photos but this may change , i still need to talk to Wiing about it

you guys could try the museum/art gallery again, or even go to the gardens and just play some games murrrrrrrrr, it doesn't have to be too big ^^

With Ice- Skateing and Bowling costumes might get ruined...
and if we try and wander into a mall , we might eaten eaten alive by teenagers...

What about Free- Tram day in Town ? We could all take the Tram dressed up and scare the public on the Tram...

eh 21st? No its two weeks from the 14th so its gonna be the 28th =P
official or unofficial each will be two weeks. Cause meeting every week is a bit much for everyone with school/work and all.

hahah no worries, actually it is kinda confusing, but lol its funny cause I told you in the pm yesterday of theee plans =P
(again though if people wanna meet up otuside the club by all means go for it.)
um um, though I might just add the next two dates in the meeting updatey thread thing I made. Just so everyone knows ^^

Ok listen up, As the one of the organisers of the 14ths meeting im here to announce an outing idea.

What i have thought of is meeting in town and then going to sumner on the bus, and just spending the day taking photos, dancing and anything else that might get added.

I also thought that we could get fish and chips for lunch if everybody brought some money along.

Wiing and I are open to all ideas and thoughts.
