Hi guys!

Here's where you can sign up for the Cosplay Events & Games in January. YAY!
Once we have an idea of how many people are participating, we'll divide you up into teams of equal numbers and list them in this thread. You can then come up with a team name and make team flags/banners/whatever to bring on the day. :) There will be extra points awarded for the most enthusiastic team!

Seeing as you're being split up, please make sure to let us know with time to spare if you need to drop out at the last minute. We wouldn't want a team showing up several members short on the day! D<

When: 11:30am, Sunday 24th January

Where: Usual meeting place, Botanical Gardens outside the museum. =D

What to bring:

JAN 24th - Cosplay Games Sign-up Thread Star3 Once you've been divided up into teams, you will need to make sure that at least one member of your team brings a camera for the Photo Scavenger hunt. Please also bring the USB cable for your camera, as I will be bringing my laptop and uploading the images for judging. :3


JAN 24th - Cosplay Games Sign-up Thread Star3 You can also bring money for food/ food from home to eat before the games start, as there will be a bit of down-time for lunch. This won't be a large-scale picnic type thing like we usually have though. :3

@Rainbow - xD I haven't actually decided how the teams will be divided up yet. Most likely it will be random, but we just need to get an idea of the numbers first. Hence this thread! =D

I think for the teams, that you should let people make there own teams of say 3-4 because some people in the club are shy and might not want to be in a team with people they don't know. And if some people don't have enough for a team maybe they could post in this thread and say they need so many more people in there team ^^ Just my opinion

Will it be okay/ alright to be questioned marked on this and maybe be a maybe ?

Might have a Doctors appt or a appt with Wins. Don't really know yet, plus is still really awkward around a camera..

But have been heading around town for many-odd appts lately and think that it hasn't ended yet and might be tried or stressed out..

It has advantages and problems both ways. I think teams can even be sorted on the day?

And I wonder what type of games we have? Do we need to ensure a mix of ages.heights.strengths.etc or not?

I agree with Wiing, I would rather be in a group with my friends then in a group with randoms, not because i'm shy and don't wanna meet new people but because they are the ones i'm coming to the event with so they are the ones I want to stay with and to make people be in random groups might discorage them from wanting to come to the event ^_^
having said that im sure there will be enough people who dont mind being in random groups to go around so those who want to stay togeahter can and those who want to go with randoms can ^_^
