Abella Court Motels $30/night across the road from ASB

Rolling update, important, please read;

I know there are plenty of stuff coming out from me at the moment. This contains old and new info so please read carefully.

1) I hope Fred has practiced endurance juggling.

2) I have sent everyones email addresses to Roy Mustang. He and I have tested the email list, and it seems to be working. Fred, Sakura_Petals and Ollithia will confirm test this once Roy has added everyone to the list. S-in-C and Riven I need your emails, PM me.

Once you are used to email lists, rather than PM,s it will allow any of us to push info out to everyone at the same time. EG. Olli and the cellphone list. Rather than trying to make a decision and some people have not checked CNZ in a while. We need to be a bit careful how much we overload the system though. I don't need to keep track of 30 emails a day.

I will use the list to email you the address, as I have promised not to post the address here, to avoid spambots.

3)We now have 17 people over four rooms, as per the list in post one. Grell/Molly can not come, Clarie/Cloud can not come, Jozzle if he makes it will room with Freds family.

I may work out the cost sometime. But from memory around $30-32 each, as discussed earlier, and $35 for Thornback, et. al.. (Per night)

4) I still need to know how many people want to split Room 1 and 3 along Quite vs Noisy lines, or Male vs Female lines. Otherwise I will do it along Victims/Others lines.

5) I am going to ring my Aunt once I get to the motel. Will see her on Friday some time. I'm going to suggest Karaoke on Saturday night, maybe a cheap meal somewhere?

Was talking to Aaron before, He told me Mc Donalds, The manger told him he cant go (Stupid as he said Aaron COULD go before hand) And since its labour weekend he cant even go to Geddon.
When me and grandma brought the tickets for him aswell Gah, I hate Mc Donalds so much DX
Also Im so sad for my brother as he has never really been to big big events and might not even go next year because of Mc Donalds u_u

*Edit* Actually, Cloud Strife said she might go, So could she please replace Aarons spot? Ive been talking to her about it.

Email update.

S-in-C still MIA, other than that everyone is on the list.

I will email the list out to everyone, I can not post it here, cause I said I would not. [Spambots,]

It looks like any of us can send an email to the private list and it will reach everyone. But if you reply to an email fro m it it will only reach the person who sent it.

1) So I send an announcement then everyone gets it.

2) I ask who wants to be in on the food, whoever wants to can reply to me. I can compile the list.

3) I send an urgent update out. People wish to discuss this. They can not discuss with everyone, only reply to me. The would have to post in this thread if they wish to discuss it with everyone.

4) Alternatively they can hit reply, and then manually change the To: address.

Why does this seem so ridiculously overcomplicated for something as simple as a group booking for accomodation?

When JP organized group accomodation for the last auckgeddon, he told us how much everyone owed, we paid, and that was that!

I assume we pay on leaving? Officially we book out at 10am Monday. They will hold our bags afterwards, until we leave. But I guess we need to pay before we go to Geddon on the Monday. Feel free to pay earlier if you want. Also assume they have EFTPOS, most places do now?

Um, I have been thinking of how likely it is people are late or noisy. And have decided to just go with one male room, all the rest female. And you will just have to be a bit considerate. Between the early flights on Friday, and going out all day sat/sun you will all be tired anyway. And the Line Mafia early in the morning?

Plus, it will be easier in the morning with changing and all.

So if there are no objections I will change the rooms around soon.

Maybe we should all pay when we get there? That way we can the avoid a situation where people accidently spend all their money without realising before the weekend is over. I know personally that money always seem to drain a lot faster than expected

I had to borrow money from my mum for food the week after Chchgeddon X3

[edit] Plus the bill will be well over $1000 with all of us, it would be horrible if someone was stuck with that bill! (I would personally cry)
